Panfishing the Mispillion River

Season 1 Episode 3
Spending a few hours targeting panfish on the Mispillion River in Delaware.
Quantity was available, but the quality wasn't what I was hoping to find.

What are the creel limits on panfish in Del? what % of the bite was due to scented baits?

Open all year, no minimum size.
50 per day/ no more than 25 of each species.
100% scented bite; that’s all that was used.

You guys were on them for awhile!
That was my 1st time fishing that section; I really like the stretch from the spillway down to the 1st bridge.
