And one suggestion, your channel is more about curing / monitoring certain diseases (i.e. a specific disease in each episode and the information you share is about treating a disease AFTER one got it). As I said , how about prevention?
Perhaps it is cliche that all prevention is about eat healthy and exercise regularly, and there isn't really much we can do (more aggressively) to prevent cancer? Thank you

I am not sure previous episode had talked about this but my main concern is more about "Prevention". We now have regular test on blood glucose / cholesterol, etc. Is there any Gene Test on Cancer we should consider (as a regular body check)? I know there are many advertisements about this, but as a layman, I don't really know its effectiveness. Are we now in the era that we should consider to conduct body check at a higher level and take Gene Test regularly? Or those advertisements are just a hoax?
