I wrote IELTS and got average of 6.5. Later did not know how to proceed with that score. I also told myself, that score is not enough to do anything.
When I checked with a consultant, he said one possibility is NOVA SCOTIA. He told If I try, I can get permit only in NOVA SCOTIA, not BC or anywhere! Is this true?
