- Yes, I am confused! But still intrigued. This song was not really my cup of tea as far as the genre of the music but I enjoyed the song and the MV. I “complained” last time that the MV was a little bit too simple and that I thought there should have been more diverse sets, well here it is!!! I was confused a lot by the MV and the lyrics! Somehow they brought in some really relatable, day to day, subject in the lyrics and made it work like entrance exams and food?! Anyway, they looked really great and fresh! I think for a debut this song is kind of like bringing a bowl of freshness in the kpop industry. Definitely anticipating more of them.

Favorite was a performance type video, because it was the first time we saw more than 4 girls together. Hi High video is more to continue the story they've built since 2016. You should react to Eclipse, Singing in the Rain, Love Cherry Motion (those are from the girl crush-y members) and maybe to their subunit as well (Odd Eye Circle). Btw, you got a new sub!

Welcome to Orbit! Check out the pre-debut MVs and Loona tv is the best way to start, I know looks a little overwhelming at first but is fine, the fanbase is pretty open to new members. :)
They released solos and subunit mvs before. So If you don't want to react to ALL of them I suggest you to only react to the subunit ones.

this debut isn’t a cliche cute concept like many people may say. it’s girly without going over-the-top and full on cute like you might see in a say, twice video. it’s the perfect blend of the three subunits and yeojin, kiss later + love&live + girl front + love4eva. not every loona fan will love every loona song so that’s absolutely fine that cute concepts aren’t really your thing. personally i think this song was a good concept for their debut, since this is what the loona universe is. we’ll see more concepts in the future so you’ll definitely have something to enjoy!

I personally didn't see it as "cute" as I said near the end of the reaction it is "new" like the lyrics were not the usual cute you can find in other "cute songs" ^^ And I have to agree with you, it is a great song to debut with (I think I mentioned it in the bio) it is refreshing and will allow them to showcase different facets of their music in the future. You must see all the MV if you want to "understand" (try at least) the Loona universe. But put your seatbelt on and be ready to be mindblow.

The song was for the general Korean public. Their pre-debuts was mainly for international fans and buzz. I would do a live stream and watch all of their solo and subunits mvs. I would also suggest watching daebak jjang for the background lore aspects of the group. Welcome to the loonaverse #möbius strip
In this video Chuu has the high note and has red pigtails. Jinsoul has the black shirt on and blonde hair. Kim Lip has the blonde hair and white shirt.

I’d suggest listening to a song from each of their subunits as they all sound very different. 1/3 is very sweet and a bit more chill; Odd Eye Circle is the darkest of the groups; and yyxy is kind of a mesh of the two. It’ll help frame LOONA’s sound a bit more, I think

I think you should check out the most popular releases by LOONA. One of the best solo releases by LOONA is Kim Lip - Eclipse. It’s what got me into LOONA. Then probably JinSoul - Singing In The Rain. Then this is just my bias and my favorite song/video by LOONA: Yves - New. I love it. Then the most successful subunit is definitely Odd Eye Circle. “Sweet Crazy Love” is the jam. Hope you join the fandom. I don’t have a lot of free time so I can’t stan many groups at all. The only group that I truly stan is Red Velvet. But now I stan LOONA as well. They are gonna take over the kpop world. For real.

I think you'd like the Odd Eye Circle sub unit, they're the second sub unit out of 3 which make up the whole LOONA group (the other sub units are LOONA 1/3, which have 4 members, and yyxy which also have 4 members. There is one girl that isn't known to be apart of any specific sub unit as of yet).They're more of a girl crush sub unit and make more dance pop songs. I'd recommend you watch jinsouls' solo (she was the blonde one you liked)Singing in the Rain, and Kim Lips' solo (the second blonde which appeared in the music video) Eclipse. They're 2 members out of the 3 girls which make up the Odd Eye Circle sub unit. But I also recommend you listen to the title tracks of their 2 albums which they have put out(as each sub unit usually gets 2 mini albums- the original and then the re-packaged album), I think you'd really enjoy them. They're called Girl Front and Sweet Crazy Love. Sorry if this is all confusing, and that I didn't go into too much depth with the members.

Also, I guess you know that there are 3 sub units with each of them having a very different style of music and concept from the others. So in this song they kinda combined them all together. But if I had to suggest you a sub unit i think you would REALLY like (not only their title tracks but their whole album) is the 2nd sub unit -> ODD EYE CIRLE!!!

The easiest way to describe LOONA is that it is not just another girl group, it is an experience.
LOONA is made out of three sub-groups; LOONA 1/3 + YeoJin, Odd Eye Circle and YYXY. Each group has a distinct sound and concept; innocence, girl-crush, egotistic. Regardless of the genre that you prefer, all the songs, instrumentation and production are of high quality that everyone can enjoy. Each girl has their own color, an animal and some of them also have an associative fruit. They also have an expansive lore and backstory that has yet to be completely revealed. In their "Loonaverse" the girl have powers where some can travel between time, distance and dimensions. One of the girls used be alive but is now an android. All these and more are discovered when you watch through each girl's solo and their sub-group's MVs from the beginning. Nearly all their MVs and nearly 400 LOONA TV episodes have English subs so you won't get lost. There are also a tons of fan theories videos if you don't mind getting your brain fried.
However it would still be safe to jump forward to Odd Eye Circle (OEC) girls first and then rewind back later to LOONA 1/3 as OEC's sound and concept is commonly more appealing to international fans. I suggest you start off with OEC solos like Eclipse (Kim Lip), Singing In the Rain (JInSoul), Love Cherry Motion (Choerry) then followed by the group's Girl Front, Loonatic & Sweet Crazy Love. Also LOONA b-sides are also as good or even to some are better than their title tracks so make sure to listen to Chaotic, Puzzle, Love Letter and Starlight from these girls as well.
After that you can decide to continue with YYXY or move back to LOONA 1/3 first. I do suggest that you return back to LOONA 1/3 before moving on to YYXY because otherwise you will get utterly confused! Each YYXY member is related to a LOONA 1/3 member so there's a lot of crossovers in their stories. It will be even more overwhelming when combined with the introduction of new artifacts into the YYXY's storyline including the Mobius strip and DNA.
Singing in the rain, sweet crazy love, egoist.. that was a really hard decision... Cause you are a girl crush person (as am I) you would really love the Odd eye circle unit...

The storyline isn't too touch to crack. All the scenes with Heejin were showing the first event with OEC unifying the girls. The ending showing Heejin flying was showing the inception of Loona as a full group. The video shows Olivia getting initiated because shes the final member. When Heejin looks up in the beginning of the song, the moon is barely filled, and as soon as Olivia is in the air, the moon is full! OEC is unifying the group. Obviously showing all 9 getting initiated by OEC would take way too long, so they showed the first, and final.
not all of them are girl crush but are worth watching all their solo sings & the subunits as well

Their next song will in my opinion be darker. For sub unit they did that, debut songs, Love&Live for 1/3, Girl Front for OEC and Love4eva for yyxy are cute/cool. But the repackages for 1/3 and OEC with Sonatine and Sweet Crazy Love are darker and more mature, and the repackage for yyxy is going to be after Hi High promotions, then they said there will be a new unit (theories of 2 unit a day one and a night one) then if they follow the same pattern as the sub units, the come-back would be darker 😉 Chuu I think (the one hitting the high note) said to fan to expect something dark, but it wasn't for their debut lmao

I would REALLY REALLY love to see you do a reaction marathon for all Loona's pre-debut MV's, but if you don't have the time to do all of them, you have GOT to react to Kim Lip's MV Eclipse. It's my all time favorite music video. You said 3, but it's really hard to choose because they're all out of this world amazing. Perhaps Heejin's Vivid and Olivia Hye's Egoist? So you get a taste of each sub-unit's sound. But they're all connected into a story, so it really helps if you watch them from the beginning in order.
