If Rolly started boxing earlier and had the right trainer he'd be a problem for sure. You can see glimpses of what he could be with his explosiveness and hard punch.
Tbh , he’s just so stiff and needs to take his time more. It dosent matter if he started earlier he started the youngest he could’ve and made it this far. Thus, he can compete for a title soon probably another complicated fight in he can probably chase another title. His discipline needs to be at the top as well we know how he is out of camp

I see him being better at his defense. Having to protect his face with his right hand, footwork, head movement, and counterpunching. Instead of pawing the jab throw it with impact like when he was fighting tank. He is also off balance when he throws his power punches, looks like he is going backwards a bit. But this fight looks better than the last one.

Two shocking events in boxing for me lately. The first is that Rolly Romero actually agreed to take the fight with Cruz. It seemed ridiculous to me, and it was. And the 2nd is how well and how easily Rayo outboxed Cruz. I thought Cruz was going to do to him what he did to Romero.
