I agree with your comments. The NRA-NY case, this bump stock case, and the ruling on pistol braces are all new fence posts in fencing in the administrative state. Perhaps imperfect, but a definite series of rulings from SCOTUS giving the "backhand" to the ATF (in combination with the Sacket v. EPA and W. Va vs. E.PA cases.)

Well this all sounds good,but the reality is our system is broken down and has become very tyrannical,both state and federal
And that is precisely the point. That is why the SCOTUS is doing what it is doing. That is also why the election in November is so important. We must maintain the current balance on the SCOTUS and confirm more Constitutional conservatives justices to the federal bench. It took a long time for our government to get this screwed up. Fixing it is not going to happen quickly.

1994 was Specific on AWB, they had the major to erase the 2nd Amendment.

As an originalist, I have to say, all these infringing laws are unconstitutional, no matter what the other side says.
Thank you for these videos. Can you please do one on where we are with the California CCW process. I have seen that Some of the provisions have already been thrown out, but it was so convoluted with so many different things. It is so frustrating that the people who are supposed to be representing us don't care that what they are passing is constitutional and will hold up in the courts. They are fine with bogging up the courts that are already overburdened and making groups burn through money.
I'm glad that you decided to talk about this issue. The second amendment is safe for the most part. It is these alphabet agencies that must be either defunded or made to obey the constitution. Chevron/Deference needs to be removed as well.

Nice ! If nothing else, that was a great big picture overview of how government works and just how hard it is for things to ACTUALLY take place and become laws. So many times a senator or politician will make a simple comment about anything, and the next thing you know, everybody is up in arms and arguing on social media and worried etc etc …… but people don’t realize at that point it means absolutely nothing. It would be like me telling a few friends I’m buying a lottery ticket in a few weeks, and then all of them talking and rumors spreading that I am now a millionaire….. that’s social media in a nutshell 😂

I have a question. Steve Garvey won the partial term election to replace finstine as senator. When does he take possession of that position and why can’t I find any information about it on the internet? If I’m missing something can someone help me understand what’s happening.
My understanding is that Steve Garvey and Adam Schiff made it through the primary election and will face each other in the general election in November. It ain't over 'till it's over.
yes I understand. There were two elections one for the run off of the full term starting in January, I’m glad Porter was beat because she is as bad as shifty. There was a second election for a particle term to fill and complete the remaining time Feinstein had left and Garvey won that. So he was suppose to fill in the remaining of this present term. So why did newsom put that female to fill in the remaining time that Garvey was suppose to fill? I don’t understand. More corruption?
