The Alan Parsons Project were a Scottish-English rock band from the 70's-90's. They had a lot of hits in that time such as "The Raven", "(The System of) Dr. Tarr & Professor Fether", "I Wouldn't Want To Be Like You", "Time", "Snake Eyes", "Old & Wise", "Games People Play", "Don't Answer Me" etc.
AlanParsons Project was called ‘project’ because there were sometimes different people featured on the songs and sometimes different writers. For the longest time they didn’t do live touring. I don’t know exactly when they started, but these guys are not the original singers, most, but a few have been live touring for quite a while especially PJ. You should definitely listen to mor of these live songs! PJ ,who is announcing this song, is my favorite singer, in the group, besides Alan, of course. 🔥🔥🔥
I've always loved this song, but I don't think I've ever seen him before. I think he needs a wizard cape. He just has that wizardy looked with that beard and the eyebrows and hair.
You really don’t know this? This was one of his greatest hits. The orchestra is part of the deal I would say. His sound is very catchy. Keep discovering this album!

They are also featured as the Soundtrack artists in the Fantasy movie “Ladyhawke.” Featuring Rutger Hauer, Matthew Broderick and Michelle Pfeiffer!!!

I love their music! I listened to them a lot back in the 70s and 80s.
Great song. That's one hard working drummer.
