Riley 4/72 Pininfarina.Off the road since 1982 in a dry shed.Bought from a Nth Island motor museum for $200 which had no further interest in it. Someone forgot to throw in the carbies..but an extra set were on hand for later fitting.

Wow , they were rust buckets , so one that old in such good condition ! Really outstanding for £200, in 1978 I bought a 1966 Morris Oxford which looked similar condition . A dashboard with clocks 😁
In Australia they fitted them with a 2.4l straight 6, always fancied one of them , of course if you did that you really need to uprate the front drum brakes with discs.
Save all the pieces of papers.

You do need (a) carburettor(s) so that the engine will run.

No sorry bud. Its going to be repainted two tone. I got stuck in Europe due to Covid.
