I currently work for a firm, but I would love to start my own consultancy. You are preaching to the choir! Great advice.

Nice Gwen! Appreciate your take on this - everyone's journey is different! You have a great understanding of client relationship - expectation management and not selling yourself short, but it's also nice to see your candor about the challenges you've had and how shyness can make it challenging - same here! It's awesomet that you've been able to be selective in the jobs - I'm also a django/vue.js fan (I don't like facebook so it's been hard to get excited about react, plus I just like the Evan has designed things) and I've been somewhat disappointed that vue hasn't taken off more. Another possible cool video for you to do would be your estimation process (for agile and/or bidding projects.)

what happened to your hand in 29:36 ? 😂
I have an idea (from this video) to do on a live stream. 😁
Can you make a desktop/web application to manage your hours/tasks(in 22:57) using Vue js & Electron js?
you can add the list of client and hourly rate.
it should have a button(start working) that you click it when you start working. after you finish click on stop that will open a popup contains the time you worked for the client, how mush you are going to bill so far and a description box to type the tasks you have done.
it can generate a report after you finish the job contains all the details about the project and the final price.
Sorry for the bad English. 😅
