Hagala forever! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making learning so fun and challenging. Those fast hip moves are incredible. I can do them slow and a bit faster and then I just stare at your hips on the fast and say, “WOW, YOU GO GIRL”

We do a little more every day, in time the moves will come but you have to practice 30 minutes to 1 hour every day!!! Just like any dance or any sport, practice makes better! The great thing about belly dance is you can do it forever and it just gets better with time! Plus it's good for you body & soul!
