- Hello and welcome to No Format. This week’s edition is focused on UFO and nuclear weapons. Our guest is captain Robert Salas. He graduated from US Air Force Academy. He also held positions at Martin Marietta and Rockwell and spent 21 years at the Air Force, where he has an air traffic controller and missile launch officer, as well as an engineer on the Titan 3 missiles.

I have lots of respect for Mr. Salas. I first saw Robert on this topic about 15 years ago. He was much younger and his story never changes. God bless men like Robert Salas for keeping us safe!
His story is fascinating. Makes me wandered if any of the guards who witnessed this would come forward if they are still around.

@@justsayupyours I have heard that theory before, but if you consider that the technologies they possibly use involve gravity drives - i don't think they are worried about our nukes from their perspective. Not unless they have bases/resources/other interests here. And perhaps just to motivate us to rethink our ideas of power and leadership.

So very true. They were heroes indeed. Spike, you left out Army Command Sergeant Major Robert Dean. He work with NATO. He should be mentioned with that group as well. He spoke about four specific ET groups he learned about while at NATO HQ in Brussels. He said that NATO was most worried about the human-looking ETs. He said that NATO was worried about that particular group because they were indistinguishable from earth humans and could easily infiltrate the military command structure without anyone being the wiser. He's a legitimate source. The fact that he went through the process of getting this declassified before talking about it shows his personal integrity, and duty to his values. But he got lost in the void of speculation at the end.
Agree. His idea that governments have achieved any large understanding of the technologies of these phenomena is not believable. The behaviors of these things are not just unexplainable in current engineering terms, but are unexplainable in terms of our deepest and most fundamental understanding of physics. The possibility of "back engineering" the technology of these craft, if that's what they are, is very unlikely even if we are in possession of crashed vehicles. I think the odds of successful back engineering are about as likely as a paleolithic hunter being able to back engineer a broken laptop that he found.
Other aspects of what he has to say are in the same realm of being his personal speculations. However, it's clear that he is a trustable source as a reporter of what he says he's witnessed and learned about other military reports.

Same here in Belgium. They shut it dead. Upto 20 years ago I didn't believe in those things either, but then I picked up history and I gradually start to think there is something going on up there.

A few years ago, a former B52 pilot told me of an incident when he was stationed at Edwards AFB around 1965. He and other pilots returned to base after having dinner and as they drove by active runway, they observed a craft hovering there and then took off at phenomenal speed. I asked him if maybe it was an experimental aircraft undergoing night testing there. He was silent for a second, then seriously stated, "It was not of this planet." Then I asked if he or his friends reported what they had seen. He said no, that would have been professional suicide since as a B52 pilot it would have been considered mental instability. I cannot recall if he said they carried nukes but I think many did as part of national defense. Wish I took notes and asked more questions, particularly a description of the alleged alien craft. If you can make it all the way through, this is a fantastic interview! I agree with Mr. Salas completely. He has my vote for human representative alien liaison. The last thing he mentioned though I have questions about someone making alien contact on the same day. I can't find this story anywhere. I almost wish he hadn't mention it.

It was a shocking declaration indeed at the end regarding someone having made contact with an alien civilization. From such a reserved, careful speaker, even more surprising. It could be that this information has also been suppressed . What else?

Mr. Salas is highly convincing and he deserves respect for standing up. (UFO phenomena have also been observed at nuclear plants like Fukushima, Japan.) It might be - as indicated - that UFO tech is already understood and traded, but I believe Bob Lazar is right when he claims that military secrecy is so tight that progress is suffering. From the UFO observations, we might be dealing with anti-gravitation, anti inertia, 4D/time shifting etc. It would be more important to understand UFO technology than to hide the lack of control. Scientific progress at this scale is not obtained by a handful of men in dark rooms. Aliens being fond of homo sapiens sounds nice, but the motivation might as well be about saving the earth as a highly unique and valuable habitat for any form of organic life.
You're right. I think that some of the tech is being studied in some colleges, but they aren't telling students what it is really for. Some of those colleges are... not really very public, almost like cults. If you search levitation discs, you can see some super cool (literally) discs on a track, that is something in colleges now. Technology has exploded, despite this tech being suppressed. You can see by the charts how much more tech we have now than 100 years ago. It's not benefitting us as much as it should, but it's here. Right now is a very delicate time, with so much space junk surrounding us, every thing that goes up there is significant. It seems like if the whole world doesn't start thinking about what to do, things will be totally ruined, in 10 years. But you're right... they are not asking the public for help. Perhaps they are not planning to help the public.

@@Willowy13 either that, or beings with ulterior motives. I will go with the latter, until proven otherwise. It is my tentative belief they have expertise in human psychology, and are using mind games against us. It is quite possible they will use our own religious beliefs against us, such as claiming they are Jesus Christ as an example. I am assuming they have no "real military power", but only psyop warfare to use against us. If they had true military capability, we would already be dead.
I swear there was a documentary that aired on discovery with this leaked footage years ago in the 90's I was just a kid when I saw it with my dad. Many years later in college I came across this video again on TH-cam around 2008-2010 and then it disappeared and it has been completely scrubbed off the net, even if it may have been a reenactment the footage was black and white and I clearly remember seeing the ufo fly around the nose cone, left to right, shoots a beam of light on the left of the cone, then flies up over the top of it, keeping pace with the nose cone like nothing, shoots another beam, flies to the right side another beam and flies away. I also remember the ufo looking a lot more triangular than like a saucer, kind of the shape of a Reuleaux triangle with what looked like large lights towards each point.
There was a recreation video of that instance on a show with an interview with the photographer who make the real film. He claimed that he saw the film only once during a meeting with higher up's and in the re creation they showed what he claimed to have seen. The actual film has never shown up on the net.
I saw it too, although from a different source. Several color frame still pictures from the film. Didn't see any lasers in the slides, but there were definitely 2 reflective silver objects in the near vicinity of the nose cone that changed position rapidly. I thought it must be a hoax, because nothing can move that fast. Well, the version i saw also apparently no longer exists.
B+W films can be made from color reels. You may have seen a legitimate copy. It was common practice to make duplicates because film occasionally gets burned up by the projector or otherwise degrades.
This is very curious, where have these films gone? Are they using the copyright act to censor information?
@Upload Tests It surprises me that films shown on cable TV decades ago vanish. On the other hand, the US government did pull down all mention of a neutrino detector a physicist built, because they were worried it could track radiation from nucleat subs.
Their default position seems to be "Hide EVERYTHING", even what private individuals come up with.
Makes you wonder what other discoveries and technology they've "classified" though.

Salas described the object as oval shape about 40 feet across.
Sounds like the Flying Tic-Tac that Navy F-18 Top Gun Pilot CDR David Fravor chased after off the coast of San Diego in 2004.

In the early days of Ufology there were many "researchers" who did the studies no favors by their overall demeanor, data quality etc. Thankfully while less in number there were also individuals like Captain Salas who were solid and consistent in their presentations and responses in interview.
It is good to know Someone is watching out in regard to nukes. I wonder if Russia, China, and the US realize that they may not be able to use their nukes for this reason.

Great guy. Amazing encounter witness and stories of others. I love his theory on ET's trying to warn us about self destruction.
My only issue with that theory is these UAP's, whatever they are, didn't shut down the thousands of nukes tested, they didn't disable the nukes dropped on Japan that killed thousands of people and while they may have shut down some nukes briefly, there was also a case in Russia where UAP's apparently powered up nuke missiles that were switched off to the point that all systems were armed and on the brink of being launched. Now, for me this just doesn't come across as ET's sending us a friendly message or concerned about our self destruction.
What we do know is these UAP's, whatever they are, are definitely interested in our nuclear technology. Hard to imagine such highly advanced technology would have any interest in our limited junk, but for whatever the reason, these UAP's are showing interest.
It was war, and the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor for no reason.
And yes folks , in 2021 we still have people who try to justify the murder of women , Children and the elderly for attacking a strategic military base.
But to answer the main query here. Maybe there are different Aliens with differing agendas? Some more friendlier than others? If what i heard in the Bentwaters case is true, then US military has been exchanging with other beings for decades. Why any intelligent otherworldly life force would contact them after the destruction they have caused is beyond me, but the situation remains.
I don't like the positivity either, I am like you. But there are many species of aliens, they can't all be bad. I have never heard of one being good, or telling the truth, but there's gotta be one. The only time I've heard a story about one doing something good was a guy who was a cop in the UK. He got beaten up, he became infertile, and then after being abducted he was fertile again, and had kids. That could be a fortunate but coincidental side effect of some test that was done on him, or the aliens might have fixed, or... unfixed, him, on purpose.

UFO sightings have been described through history and are not a new encounter for humanity.
A lot indicates that we do not live in a universe but a multiverse. In other words, our place in all of this are again making us theoretically less unique.
A lot of modern mathematics looks messy unless you begin to incorporate that we have many more dimensions than the three we have certain knowledge of.
Over 80% of the known universe (multiverse!) consists of dark matter. We still cant explain what dark matter are and how it influate our world.
All of the above should tell you, if you believe just a small percentage of told observations are true, that there behind the word "unidentified" really means that we cant explain the observed from our current technological knowledge.
We are very small creatures in a very large world. Maybe time to consider if eating some humble pie and recognize the possibility we are visited. from other dimensions or places we cant reach ourselves, are in place.
It is though "interesting" that we, though large parts of the population have had high quality camera readily available on them the last decade or more, have not seen an explosion in quality footage, given the many reported observations.
IF there are any direct military involvement in this, one of the major departments would be the ones dealing with deliberate disinformation of the public. This COULD be to drown a few observations of military secret aircrafts in many UFO observations.
There are many known (and partly documented in relation to the public) incidents that show that the entire globes stationary nuclear missile bases have been visited and shut down remotely in connection to UFO sightings, most famous the Rendlesham incidents in UK, but same have happened in US at ALL nuclear missile locations. I find all the many succesful nuclear missile shutdowns more than interesting. If anything, these observations might have had many involved actors that would like to avoid attention, making these particular interesting.
Personally, I like to dig deep into specific incidents that I judge to be remarkable and well documented, to try to avoid any disinformation attempts. One thing that are repeated in these cases are that it seems clear that some government agencies that are not that public, seem to actively involve themselves in these cases and seldom in a way that are appreciated by the original observators.
Besides the many nuclear missile bases I would recommend any to look into these three cases from the 1960´s and 1990´s that I find pretty damn convincing if you look for a non-human explanation. Happened at three different continents.
1966. School. Westall/Melbourne Minimum Close encounter of second degree. Mass sighting. Wide range of telling's of non verbal communication. Uniform message of content of communication. Specific close witness and her parents disappear from year long home-address after and have never been seen again. Military observed at address after observation but before disappearance. Many witnesses have spoken openly about this childhood experience their entire life and the massive amounts of recorded witness accounts are extremely credible in so many ways.
1967. Crestview School in Opalocka, Florida Minimum Close encounter of second degree. Mass sighting. Wide range of telling's of non verbal communication. Uniform message of content of communication.
An interesting fact about this are that it are separated by a few days from the remote "unexplained" shutdown of Malmstrom nuclear missile base/1967, where UFO´s were present. It is also worth an antropologi study to see how different this incident was reported in media (or not) in relation to the others.
1994. (Ruwa) Ariel School, Zimbabwe. Minimum Close encounter of second degree. Mass sighting. Wide range of telling's of non verbal communication. Uniform message of content of communication.
The above three cases are highly interesting alone and in a anthropologic comparison.

The original movie “The Day the Earth Stood Still” follows this type of story line. Us, being saved from ourselves by people from another planet.
The Malmstrom Air Base incident wasn’t the first time this type of thing happened. A UFO hit a missile in flight (had a dummy warhead) with a beam of some kind and caused it to lose control. Whatever they are, we seem to have zero control over them.

Regarding how these aliens are able to survive massive g forces when these craft maneuver.. one possible explanation is that we assume they are organic.. what if they are something else, like metal.. ie some kind of Android pilot?
Good critical thinking right there. If some sentient being thinks of traveling here from another star system, the distance is almost beyond comprehension and it would seem logical to send androids. Radiation, thousands of years travel time, not conducive to beings like us.
That's exactly what they are.
An android would be destroyed for the same reason a biological being would. It would slam into the inside walls of the craft. All that doesn't matter though because these ETs have inertia controlling technology that cancels out the inertia that would kill or destroy something inside.

The photo was taken in Turkey from a guy walking on the beach. The craft was out over the sea and the guy zoomed in and got a fabulous picture. You can see 3 aliens in the window. Greys! It exists! But all these great pics & videos are eventually confiscated. For obvious reasons.

These things are absolutely real. There are several types of piloted craft. One in particular is the illuminating, glowing spheres in some sightings or videos you see that look like this 🧿. They appear to be individual observation craft. There is an entity inside each one, operating the craft (looks like a Grey 👽) . I know because I took a picture of one that was in a pilot’s video aired on a documentary series entitled “Unidentified”. He was flying his plane at night and saw a glowing, golden/amber like colored object flying alongside in the distance of his plane. I paused the program, took a picture from my phone, zoomed in, took out the glare and dimmed the glow and after some picture exposure adjusting you can clearly see what looks like a little grey entity, sitting inside. It has some type of apparatus on top of its head and you can definitely see the big eyes and what looks to be a black console with its long fingers on it as if it’s controlling it. It’s sitting in some type of a seat and staring at the plane. I was both amazed and stunned at the same time when I seen it after taking out the glow of the object. Im thinking maybe the bright glow is not only for them to see each other but to sorta blind the human eye from seeing them inside. It’s the same craft as seen during the day, but without the glow. Like a silverish white sphere. If you notice in the center of those you can see a head shape within the sphere. But, I dont know if the powers that be in the govt will reveal what these beings and UFOs are. I hope they do, because this is definitely real and I have my own pictures to convince me that these things are absolutely real. I saw a set of 3-4 UFOs while in the desert with a group of friends. Didn’t see inside at all, it was in the sky at night. I was in one of 3 groups hanging out separately, and we all ran inside our house having seen the object(s). We immediately separated and drew pictures of what we saw, they all were the same. Idk what it was but we definitely saw something abnormal that night
