I developed plantar fasciitis too. I went to a podiatrist, had shockwave therapy 8 times (didn't work) got referred to a foot surgeon...had an ultrasound, got custom orthotics. Thousands of dollars later it went away! Then came back in the OTHER foot! Had a cortisone injection and so far so good 😂 running is free they say....I'm out probably $5000 in foot bills😂
Plantar fasciitis is commonly caused from the calves. Try rolling, stretching and strengthening your calves

Cortisol levels vary dramatically depending on time of day, so a single cortisol level may not be revealing as much as you think… I recommend having your doctor check a comprehensive panel if you are concerned about cortisol levels
I have been dreaming for a long time that you would choose one of your first video blogs and as an experienced TH-camr, an expert with millions of fans :-) you described how you would approach such a vlog now, talking about the same thing :-), what do you think about Conagh from before these a few years when she started and posted her first video blog. And Conagh still orders the same coffee as 6 years ago 😂
For Charlie- when she gets anxious during storms or whatever else. Get a bandana and some lavender essential oils to put on it. Tie it around her neck and it will calm her some. ❤❤

I’ve also had plantar fasciitis ! I went to a chiropractor (I know strange for a foot) but he was amazing, he massaged the sole of my feet which hurt like a bitch but instantly resolved the tension. Also told me to get ‘barefoot’ running shoes so that my feet are able to flex naturally. Solved the issue completely! He’s a brissy chiro (Peter Mcintyre)

I understand Charlie is a big dog, but a lead that goes over a dog’s muzzle is very uncomfortable for them as it’s such a sensitive area. Please look at a force free trainer first to assist with pulling etc if that’s what Charlie is doing. For most dogs, the walk is the highlight of their day, please try not to take away bit of that unless it really is your only option

I’ve been going to rehab for plantar fasciitis grade 2 tearing. I had an ultrasound to confirm a tear and then went to an Exercise Physiologist who created programs for each stage of recovery 🩷
