The Phuket Smart Bus station / pick-up location is located at exit number 3 of floor 1 (domestic arrivals) of the domestic passenger terminal at Phuket Airport.

from the airport, it is easy to use the smart bus but when you are going to the airport, it is quite hard to spot the bus stop for this smart bus. I tried to look for the bus stops from kata to the airport but I didn't have any luck. Also, many local people don't even know about it when I asked them. They would often recommend taking a private Taxi which costs 1,000 bhat per ride lol
True, the bus stops are a little bit hard to spot if you haven't seen them before

Hello and thank you so much for posting. I am trying to plan a way to get to Aurico Kata Resort. I was told to go to Karon Stadium but didn't see it as a stop in your video. Is this the right stop or should I get off at Karon Circle?
I think it will stop anywhere on the line to get off, but to get on we need to stand at the bus stop.....//
The Phuket Smart Bus stops at ''Karon Circle'' and ''Karon Stadium'' and ''Kata Night Stadium'' and ''Kata Plam''
You can also ask the bus driver to stop anywhere on the normal route

Does this bus also pass by Phuket Town? (Like Central Phuket).
I am using the smart bus to travel the west coast of Phuket and then up to Rawai and Phuket Town. Do you know whether this bus travels from Karon down the coast to Rawai via Nai Harn as I would like to stay there?
Unfortunately It doesn't go to Nai Harn. Only Kata and Rawai and back.....//

You can only buy a ticket on the bus (pay directly to the bus driver). The price of a ticket is 100 THB per trip. Note: there is no (payment) counter at Phuket airport

100 THB is the fixed price. It doesn't matter what your destination is, the price will always be 100 THB
What about from Kata to domestic airport?
What do you want to know? The price for a bus-ticket is 100 THB and the travel time from Kata to Phuket Airport is about 50 minutes

Yes. There are multiple luggage storage areas in the bus

What is the price for patong to karon? Their website saying 100bht per trip but some others say is only 50bht..

I would say if you waiting on patong , 99% no seat and waste your time to wait.
When / what time was that? I used this bus a few times and the bus was almost empty (a lot of seats available)
