Bro ur intention is good...but its a little misguiding as the rule of TCS applies only on payment which is more than Rs7,00,000/-
But $10,200 CAD comes to Rs 6,12,000 so that rule any which way doesn't apply

Hi its not misleading, when you dont take an education loan and pay from other loan options then TCS is deducted when you pay your college fees and also when you pay your GIC.

Like for an example If i my fees is lets say 11 lakhs and then 6 lakh gic from same acc so do i have to pay tcs only on 4 lakh which is from fees or do i have to pay tcs on 10 lakh which is includind gic ( 6 lakh + 4 lakh fees ) ?

NEW UPDATE!: I contacted flywire and ask them this question: If I send the ammount to your mumbai bank account and 6th step will I deducted with 5% tax amount or not?
NOTE: Each PAN CARD allow you to send amount of 7lakh without deduction of TCS 5%
Flywire : transaction made above 7 lacks will deduct TCS of 5%, if you already crosses you limit of 7L from last year april to this year until march then 5% will apply on you. example: if you aready paid 11L of your tuition from your PAN CARD, that means 7 lack limit is crossed, now its dosent matter you send money in mumbai Branch via INR DIRECT BANK TRANSFER or use USD you still need to pay 5% TCS
Conclusion: 5:15 (wrong Guide) doesnt matter you pay from Direct INR bank transfer /USD to CIBC indian bank if your PAN limit exceed above 7Lakh you forced to pay 5%, reason your bank account is connected with your PAN + at the time of payment PAN details are mandatory!
    MY APPROCH WOULD:
If you have 4 family members, split you 1yr tution fee into sem1 fee and sem2 fee. pay the sem1 fee from your mother bank account, and sem2 from your father bank account, and GIC from yours (GIC must be pay from student bank account only)
    WHAT ABOUT JOIN ACCOUNT CASE?
    1yr tution fee CAD 18k/2 = 9k less than 6 lakhs
    sem1 = 9k and sem2 = 9k less than 6 lakhs
    GIC = 6.5 lakh
If you have join account of you and your mother, depost the 1yr tution into your join account and slipt the payment into sem1 and sem2 then at the time of payment of college tution give your mother aadhar/PAN details not yours, it dosent matter who is the primary holder, only the given PAN details matters.. NOW pay the sem1 fee from join account and for GIC, give your PAN details from the same account. Now for sem 2, transfer the funds to your father account and pay the rest of the fee.

Bhai, if you pay in CAD it will be $10,150 + 35$ outward remittance fees by Indian bank - 25$ referral code = 10,160$ X today conversion rate. This is correct info. CIBC will save you good amount of money. And do choose CIBC if you are going for only 1 year PG course like me. Abhie yeh dekhne wali baat hai ke , referral code kahan dale?? And yearly 1000$ milte hai ke nahi !!

CIBC is the best among all. I got my gic letter in 4 days and just one day after payment. I successfully opened my GIC account in CIBC by myself and got my welcome letter and investment letter one day after RTGS which is 4 days after my registration. I
paid my fees using rtgs for CIBC and got the GIC letter the next day. I registered on 20th June got payment instructions on 21st June and paid the amount via bank rtgs on 23rd at 3. Pm and got my confirmation and both GIC and welcome letter on 24th June at 2 pm.

Why CIBC? and it's comparison with Scotia gic.
I would prefer CIBC over scotiabank. I assume you have choose payment mode as INR in CIBC! The Reasons are
-if chosen CIBC you have to transfer money via RTGS/NEFT to CIBC’s India account at mumbai standard chartered. So it is faster and cheaper but in Scotia you have to wire transfer!
If you are not good in negotiating the conversion rate for dollar to rupee would be high for you in wire ransfer
-Choose to payment option to pay $10000 in CIBC as INR(though the exchange rate is more but overall u need to pay less than Scotia because in Scotia you need to pay $10250 + inr to cad exchange rate which will be 1-1.5rs more than the rate shown in Google (bank + transfer fee)) . You can easily save approximately 5,000 INR.
-CIBC issues certiticate in 2 business days after sending payment. (Mine on the same day) superfast.
-I have heard that many times scotia rejects payment ( due to minor mistake in information in international wire tranfer ) and return u r payment due to which a loss of min 5-6k inr one need to face. Whereas in cibc there is no such issue.
There is only 1 option in scotia for getting a credit card ( you earn scene points redeemable for movies, food) but in CIBC you have option for 3 types of credit card as per your need - CIBC Aventura(it is visa platinum), CIBC Divedend( for extra cashback, normal visa) and CIBC Aero ( for extra airmiles but has a yearly fee of $39)
Number of branch in each city is almost same as Scotia as both are top bank in Canada.
-CIBC gives 1000 CAD for every 42 Days. while scotia gives 670 CAD for every 30 Days.
-Both bank gives You 2000 CAD once You land in Canada.
    GIC Installment delivery:-
2000 CAD- Once you arrived in Canada
    1st-1000 CAD- 42 Days
    2nd-1000 CAD- 103 Days
    3rd-1000 CAD- 146 Days
    4th-1000 CAD- 189 Days
    5th-1000 CAD- 232 Days
    6th-1000 CAD- 275 Days
    7th-1000 CAD- 318 Days
    8th-1000 CAD- 364 Days
    Hidden Benefits of CIBC :-
    1. SPC- Student discount card
U will get 15-20% discount on evry product
Like one scheme is when one buy apply MacBook Air with spc card they get 300$ flat cash back And on acer, msi laptops flat 10-15% off
    2. free insurance for bank account for free , and scotia charges 10$ per month for this service. Moreover cibc gives free SPC card for free and it cost 15$ for 1 year . My friend is already in canada. So, He shared it.
3.In Scotia they give scene points - per $ you spent you get 1 point so for 1000$ you get 1000 points which is equivalent to 10$ and scene card don’t work everywhere it only works on selected cinemas, food chains
    - isbo.cibc.com
Visit here and fill out the necessary details and submit it's too easy one can do by them self.
If you need to any help regarding cibc GIC ask me I would try to solve your doubt.
One thing you can do in return is use my reference- nandpatel3142@gmail.com (in drop down select email reference) BOTH of US will get 95$.

In Non SDS, you have to show the proof of payment for fees, like bank balance. So you just have to convince them you have sufficient funds.
