Funnily enough, in Dreams new Mr.Beast video, he couldn't even make the portal, like you can't say he's the best Minecraft player when he doesn't even remember how to make a nether portal. Their challenges were equally as hard they both got death to void and entitycramming. The Death to Pillager Crossbow was just difficult because for George because the nearest Pillager Outpost spawned very far away.

Admittedly George 9 times out of 10 would've lost if he had gotten void or entity cramming first. But the void was still impressive George had find the exact cave Dream went to and everything which the odds of that were low and for most of the way George didn't start finding traces of where Dream went until he found the cobblestone that Dream left behind most of the stuff George had to find were just small things that at most indicated Dream was there like the cobblestone and sand and not actual items meant to obtain the death like the entity cramming one. It's probably true that if George had gotten either deaths first he probably wouldn't have pulled it off but regardless, how he many to locate Dream's void glitch despite the latter leaving little traces of his presence behind was still impressive.
