I have made DIY canister filter with a 4 inch PVC pipe... I have attached a PVC shower head on the water outlet and it is just 1/2 inch above the water surface. Due to the shower head the water gets spread in 4 square inch creates good surface agitation. I no longer use noisy oxygen pumps. It is quiet, oxygenates water and filters effectively

You can use algae wafers or food specific for plecos, check the water temperature, for fish only aquariums it should be 26 to 28 degree celsius

Mayur Sir Plants Need Must Co2. Without Co2 only On Light Or Root Tablet Or Liqued Co2 It will The Plants Make It Or They Just Die Sowley. Info Nikhil

You need a good filter with good bio media too, Daily 10% water change is suggested and weekly 50%
