I’m a musician and I know for a fact that music has effects on people. Sometimes dogs too, but I’m always kinda unsure of how. My 4 year old Redbone Coonhound cut his foot bad the other day, and we’re having to keep an otherwise healthy, outdoor dog, inside. In a cage. Sometimes with a cone on his head. Tonight he was extra unhappy about the whole cone in the cage thing, and I decided to come lay in the recliner we have by his cage, and I looked up calming music for dogs and this was the first thing that popped up. Literally within the first few seconds he laid down, and a few minutes in he’s almost asleep. This is crazy. And amazing how God uses music the way He does.
Also, I noticed that the whole thing so far has been in the key of D flat. Is this a frequency that is known for being good for dogs? Just really curious:) it’s still working for my sweet boy!
Makes me sad that you keep your dog outside…They should be part of the family. Although this breed likes to get a lot of exercise, they were not meant to be outside as I don’t tolerate the extreme heat and cold very well. They have short hair as their coat and they are actually even good to live in apartments. They love to be with other family members. In the wild, dogs are pack animals which means that they’re always with other animals. It makes me very sad to know that your dog is outside alone for most of his or her life. 😢
@@animalsareourangels93I disagree, you don’t know there dog and you don’t know what works for them.. also animals tend to be more happy in the wild, unless suffering from health conditions. Not cooped up in an apartment. Also, I’m sure that the person your criticising takes wonderful care of there animal and spends a lot of time with them/nurturing it
@@animalsareourangels93 He is not the only dog we have. He’s got a beagle buddy who keeps him company and they love running around outside together. I know they’d both go crazy if we kept them cooped up inside all the time. He is very much a part of our family, so I’d say don’t criticize folks you don’t know. He’s definitely not alone.
@@maymoon9630 I don’t keep him in a cage at all. He literally has a room he sleeps in with his brother and they spend all day outside, with the occasional visit inside for pets and treats. The only time I’ve ever kept him in a cage was when he got snake bit several years ago and the doctor didn’t want him on his foot, and then in the instance I was speaking of in my original comment on this post. He had such a gash in his foot that he couldn’t walk on it without getting dirt in it. I kept him inside so he wouldn’t walk on it too much so it could heal. He hated every minute of being inside but I knew it was best for him. Please don’t criticize people you don’t know.
❤ Our daughter’s new puppy whined for over an hour as I lay awake hoping she wouldn’t wake up our grandchildren. I put this on and she instantly layed down and hasn’t made a peep in 20 minutes. Praying it stays this way all night. Thank you!!!
My neighbor’s are gone overnight and left their dog out on the patio. She’s a German Shepherd about a year old and she was having major anxiety all night, non-stop howling and barks of desperation. I put a Bluetooth speaker on the block wall fence and turned on this playlist. She immediately quieted down and seems to have FINALLY gone to sleep. I wish I could bring her over and comfort her more but I can’t. 😔 Poor puppy feels abandoned but this really helped her to know that she’s not really alone and it calmed her down nicely.
My 4 month old puppy has been sick with kennel cough for nearing two month now. None of the medicines the Vet has prescribed have worked. I keep washing and disinfecting things, however, we just can't seem to get rid of this awful cough. He has been checked for pneumonia and parasites, all of these tests have been negative. Vet said his lungs sound nice and clear. And yet, he continues to have this horrible, nagging cough. Please help me pray for him to get well, soon. We're extremely thankful for this soothing music!
My sisters puppy had really bad separation anxiety and she had been gone for hours at work and non stop would this little puppy stop crying so I gave this a shot he was right by my door and he walked out so I turned it off and not even 5 second later did he come back like "where did the music go " so I put it back on and he jumped on the bed and cuddled up next to me and just fell asleep THANK YOUU I NEVER THOUGHT HE WOULD STOP CRYING

Absolute magic, 2nd night with new puppy. 1st night was pretty restless. I didn't want to repeat that, so tried this music. I sat beside his cage so he knew he was safe, then within 3 minutes he was knocked out, puppy dreaming after 10 more minutes. Love this for him (and the family too)

Adopted a 1 year old Pitt bull angle and just found out she is terrified of fireworks. She shakes and shivers because of them. Today I got a mild natural relaxing chew from the vet, snuggled her in her favorite blanket and played this video. She is sleeping so calmly while fireworks are going off outside. This is a magic at all. Its working ! My dog had anxiety for about more than 17 hours and even hospital and calming tablets couldn’t did anything. So I turned on this track on a bluetooth speaker and … that is it. Just I want to say thanks alot. Good work.
This music really helps calmed my female Doberman... she was all shaking and scared because of firecrackers in Goa India during Diwali... thankfully she is now sleeping in peace immune to all fireworks outside... 😀
I put this music on for my dog when I go t work, I also use this music for my grandkids when I put them to bed. It’s great the kids always ask for the “ dog music” when I tuck them into bed. Thank you for this music. Oh yes the dog has no complaints either.

I adopted a 8yr old dog recently. He spent 7 years on a 1 meter long chain living a horrible life. I took him cause they wanted to put him down/get rid of him. One time when there was a thunder storm, the house of his previous owners got struck by lightning and since then he is horrified of storms even when its only raining. Right now, we are laying on the bathroom floor (his safe place) listening to this, he is slowly starting to realise the fact that he finally has a home and that theres no need to worry. THANK YOU! I have a 9 month old rescue and he has become territorial so my trainer recommended re-crating him at night instead of sleeping with him. His whining and whimpers were breaking my heart but about 40 mins into this music. He calmed down and we got through the first night!!

I love this. I call it Soothing Puppy Jamz and I play it during sleep times and it puts Maggie out like a light. It makes bedtime so much easier. Also whenever I need her to calm down it works within about 5 minutes.

I have a 2.5 month old chihuahua/ Boxer a BoxChi I put him in his bed because I need to work but I'm having this next to him to try & calm him down he is usually very active in the mornings for the first 2-3 hours and wants to bite everything. He's still barking like crying & crying but I took him potty 2x & feed him so he's fine. Hopefully this works

Training my dog to sleep in his cage at night has been very difficult! A lot of crying and barking. Which always end up with him sleeping in bed with me. Today was the same. My dog is really sick with tummy issues, we've been in the ER etc. hasn't gotten out of bed for days but wasn't sleeping because of tummy pain, just whimpering and staring. I put this music on and it's calming both of us and he's finally sleeping peacefully. :) He's a rescue and very anxious naturally so I'll definitely be saving this playlist. :) Also I have tried several playlists or rain sounds etc and they didn't work as well for him.

Absolutely amazing thank you so much for this upload! My dog is so anxious with banging noises. We have builders next door pulling walls down and my heart hurt so much watching my baby. I’ve never watched him shake and pant so much. Very grateful to relax my dog channel! My dog has always been scared of loud noises (thunder, fireworks etc). My 11 yo doxie hates fire alarm drills in our condo that ring every month down the halls and in the apts. He won't stop whining and walking around in a circle, or fidgeting in my lap when I try to soothe him. This music really helps calmed my female Doberman... she was all shaking and scared because of firecrackers in Goa India during Diwali... thankfully she is now sleeping in peace immune to all fireworks outside... 😀

I adopted a 8yr old dog recently. He spent 7 years on a 1 meter long chain living a horrible life. I took him cause they wanted to put him down/get rid of him. One time when there was a thunder storm, the house of his previous owners got struck by lightning and since then he is horrified of storms even when its only raining. Right now, we are laying on the bathroom floor (his safe place) listening to this, he is slowly starting to realise the fact that he finally has a home and that theres no need to worry. it’s my puppies first night home and she’s gotten pretty anxious being away from her siblings and mom. she’s only been sleeping for 10 minutes at the most (every so often) but i have been playing this and she’s sleeping very well.
My sheepadoodle has never slept this deep before. He has listened to other calming dog music… but this one..💕! My daughter came in and out of my room - normally he pops up and will follow her- he didn’t eveplift his head. He slept right through it. Thank you for providing this.

I love this. I call it Soothing Puppy Jamz and I play it during sleep times and it puts Maggie out like a light. It makes bedtime so much easier. Also whenever I need her to calm down it works within about 5 minutes.

I have a 2.5 month old chihuahua/ Boxer a BoxChi I put him in his bed because I need to work but I'm having this next to him to try & calm him down he is usually very active in the mornings for the first 2-3 hours and wants to bite everything. He's still barking like crying & crying but I took him potty 2x & feed him so he's fine. Hopefully this works

Training my dog to sleep in his cage at night has been very difficult! A lot of crying and barking. Which always end up with him sleeping in bed with me. Today was the same. I have an almost four month old red nose. She's in her teething phase and hates to be left alone. I put her in the crate when I eat. She whines as soon as I walk away. Thank god for you my puppy and his sister aka my aunts puppy were crying because they cant sleep because they were having a sleepover especially my aunts dog she missed my aunt and uncle so i put on this music and petted her and she was so releaxed and she laid on the bed and she was sleeping thank you so much
My dog is really sick with tummy issues, we've been in the ER etc. hasn't gotten out of bed for days but wasn't sleeping because of tummy pain, just whimpering and staring. I put this music on and it's calming both of us and he's finally sleeping peacefully. :) He's a rescue and very anxious naturally so I'll definitely be saving this playlist. :) Also I have tried several playlists or rain sounds etc and they didn't work as well for him.

Absolutely amazing thank you so much for this upload! My dog is so anxious with banging noises. We have builders next door pulling walls down and my heart hurt so much watching my baby. I’ve never watched him shake and pant so much. My 11 yo doxie hates fire alarm drills in our condo that ring every month down the halls and in the apts. He won't stop whining and walking around in a circle, or fidgeting in my lap when I try to soothe him. I locked ourselves in a room and played this loud enough to try and drown it out when the alarm went off today. And after the high pitched parts played, he stopped listening for the fire alarms and perked his ears to listen to the music - now he's lounging in my lap peacefully, just sitting there while I pet him :))) Thank You!
