I have not watched this one yet, I am on Matthew 9, I just discovered/found you about 10 days ago ;) I have watched one of your Matthew videos every single day and it is soo refreshing. I had gotten off of the plan to read through the Bible in a year, again, (I made it all the way through for the first time last year) and was struggling trying to figure out how to get back into it when I found you. I have challenged myself to do your challenge 1 chapter a day, keeping it simple, giving more time to really dig in. I am finding I am retaining so much more doing this and it has just been super super good. I noticed that you are nearing the end of Matthew so I wanted to hop here to your newest video and just share what a blessing this has been to me. It has refreshed and reignited my passion to get into His Word. I actually feel like I am spending time with Him when I am in His Word instead of just checking off the box and being stressed/anxious about being "behind" or trying to rush to get it done and feel frustrated that I can't dig in as much as I want, overwhelming me, in the limited time I have uninterrupted (I have 4 kids under the age of 8). This has been the most simple but a super deep study in the Bible that I can do during this season of my life. I love that you don't give us the answers but I learn so much from the questions you ask. I am asking more and more of my own questions and digging in deeper. You are not just doing a study in the book of Matthew but actually teaching Bible study skills that can carry on to our own study in ANY book of the Bible even if you don't personally ever do another study like this (although I really pray & hope you do). I pray/hope this encourages you, you are doing such a good work bringing me and others closer to our Lord and Savior.

I have heard so many wonderful things on how the girls have grown in their reading and prayer life, it has made a huge difference. I have three Bible studies going on in my home now we’re doing the acts with my old group and I started a new group. I don’t have much time for Facebook Instagram or any of those I showed two of your videos at our weekly meeting one of your teaching on a certain subject and then we have lunch and I show one more afterwards, the girls, follow your daily themselves at home. We get together on Fridays and talk about it. We love you and think you’re awesome.
Thank You Kaela, another powerful chapter. Although it's about the cruxifixction and the 'death' of Jesus, we know that it leads us to the good news of Jesus' resurrection 'Hallelujah' and we give God all the Praise, Glory and Honour. God bless you young lady, take care and stay safe. 💜
@@hiswordmywalk Definitely, I think we need to seriously consider the meaning of the crucifixion before we embrace the wondrous and joyful news of His resurrection. 💜
I have never thought about how sad it is that Judas did not ask for forgiveness. Jesus had even just called him a friend. Praise God that Jesus did not take Himself down off the cross because we would all be lost. This reminds me that I don’t always need to defend myself because Jesus didn’t. It is only pride that makes me want to defend my position or opinions to others.
It really is sad, right!? Praise God! The defending piece was what I needed this very day. He is so good and so on time with the freshness every single time 🙌🏼

Matt 26:24 explains why Judas couldn’t just ask for forgiveness. That’s why he had to go “so far” (hanging himself). My assumption but using scripture to make sense of it
