I have seen plaissier play a few times this year. He is my dark horse. He won the first round and has Ross Smith next. I can not stand Ross. I'm not even sure why. It would make my day if Plaissier sends him home and goes deep into this tournament

If you’ve played the game or followed it for a long time and understand how crazy that is, I think it’s fair to say the standard is at an all time high. Individuals have hit this standard before now, but the sport in general has never been like this before. Humphries and Littler have set the standard, and everyone has raised their level it seems
i dont think anyones stepping up there game ,the only 2 players that are producing are the 2 lukes, mvg,price,wright,smith,clayton, etc all seem to have lost there form, cross is about the same ,but apart from that its all very open
