I'm pretty sure that this is the egg manipulating Tommy, It can't control him like everyone also but it can make him seem like he's in control. I also feel like Tommy doesn't hate Technoblade, he invited him to his hotel and I think he gets why Techno would act the way he did even if he doesn't agree.
@@mayakane9978 That wasn't Techno, it was Sir Billiam and it was part of Tales of the SMP which is where Karl Time travels to the past or future and meets some ancestors or descendants of the current characters.

@@minty--8080 Its really up to interpretation, but I personally think it means that the egg is conveying that Tommy in a political if you will, sense is stronger than it. Meaning that Tommy has more power over people than the egg does or just "power" in general (influence) over others like how Tommy is apparently immune to the eggs influence.

I have a theory now, about why the egg damaged Puffy but not Tommy when destroying a piece.
I am assuming that now that Tommy said "Me too" to the egg when it said "Do you think you're more powerful? I am" the egg either letting Tommy take a piece because he agreed of being more powerful or, because Tommy is placing that piece of the egg in his Hotel. When that bit of the egg is placed, it will have veins all over the hotel, inside and outside, most likely crumble down the building because of it's 7 stories tall. Knowing that Puffy is against it all, anyone that looks forward to destroying the egg will take damage, except Tommy. Tommy is neutral but he is being ignorant and not realizing that placing the Crimson in the Hotel could take over the server, he thinks people would pay attention to his Hotel once it has Blood vines or even worse..another egg hatching from that one block of the egg. Nobody has taken a block from the egg and placing it somewhere else, now that Tommy took the real Crimson, it can make another inside the Hotel.

People are saying character development, not starting wars. This is even worst. He knows that it is spreading. He knows what the egg can do after his experience with Awesamdude. The only time starting a war is the only way to save everyone but he chose not to.
