I echo brendan taylor’s sentiments. Pearl Jam is not my favorite band. But goddamn do they kill when they play live. Every music fan should make the effort to see Pearl Jam live at least once, and Eddie Vedder solo more than once. PJ trained by following the Dead on tour in the 90s and adopted the Dead’s philosophy and model. That’s where they’re coming from when they take the stage on any given night.

Was lucky enough to see these guys open for Pearl Jam back in 2006. One of the best openers I’ve ever seen. Great band.
