Thoughts from ITSWC

#ITSWC2022 is a wrap and here is one interaction that I just can't get out of my head.
Some people will never understand why we use certain words and work in a certain way. I don't need to try to make them understand. I just need to keep inserting myself into the dialogue and pushing our industry to do better. It is our job to create space for those that have the theoretical foundation and lived experience to create communities we WANT to live in. #equity #data #transit
