You have to appreciate the knowledge of each stage element's mechanics that went into creating this. Each enemy was strategically placed so that the slightest movement could put you in contact with their attacks, the hazards and moving parts were stationed so that each one conveniently led into the next with no effort involved by the player. Progression is so simple in this stage, but at the same time so amazingly complex.
Exactly what I think, and that's why i think i never would make a level like that
That level is like the Rube Goldberg machine of Megaman. Pure artistry!!! Many props to the level designer!!!

I feel bad for Bubbleman,But That's Actually Impressive,A Great Level
Of course, they _had_ to make the boss Bubble Man, because he's the only boss who doesn't run and/or jump around like a 9-year-old hopped up on Red Bull if you put him on land. Instead, he falls over, realizes his mistake, cries like a damned fool, and occasionally throws Bubble Leads at you.
There are a few level that they use Metal Man :'3

The #6 Runaway Guys Fan no, they actually do jump over Megaman and throw his metal blade rapidly for a while, and then and up jump to a pit

You demonstrated a lot of patience there. While there's no denying the artistry of the level, I like levels that can be played. I dislike the premise of being a spectator in your own playthrough. Overlooking that minor gripe, the level itself is flawless.
This is so genius and beautiful. I can only hope Mega Man Maker gets more content added. Imagine having all the content from Mm1-11. Megaman paradise!!!

An evil thing someone could do is make a friend play this level AFTER telling a lie that there is one part where you DO need to move, and then tell them that they'll have to find the part out themselves.

What's the music used in this stage? It sounds like a remix of Dr Wily's stage music from Mega Man 5.
From what it sounds like, it combines Megaman 5 Wily theme with Cirno's theme from Touhou.
