"Four stages of competence" (Wikipedia)😇 Never confuse "having" risk with "taking" risk - because you need to "work" with risk and your brain "enjoys" it - Thanks for the video Mark👍
Seems like # 1 and # 2 can be accomplished with Candlestick bars or, even better, OHLC bars. Then you can use tape reading to see how the chart behaves during active trading. Just watching the Tape with all the flashing colors and rapidly changing prices can put you into a epileptic coma.
Hi and thank you for your great content. Big question please for me, Is covering risk at 1/1 a good idea? or are you cutting your winners to fast for phycological comfort? and actually damaging your P&L over the long run??
Tape reading too tiresome for me. Maybe if nothing else works, atm i'm still wondering what's happening for the euro, since we are in a 1 month long range. The 2nd half of December looked better, but now they are selling hard, anyway, there is still a lot of volatility, so. it's the only range since years that is so uncertain. Dollar seems strong.. anyway.

Love his videos. Whenever I'm hit with a loss, I watch his videos and gives me back the confidence to jump back in the next day.
Does tape reading make sense only for scalpers? If I hold day trades for 2-3 hours will it add any value?
U r the Man! Thank u!

I like to watch the M1 open in FX to see if the spread takes out any liquidity at previous EQH or EQL.
