En-ten et Sabaki : l'Aikido sans forme

Dans cette vidéo intitulée " En - ten et Sabaki " (Intégration circulaire et manoeuvres évasives), Nomura Shihan et son Uke A. Malet nous présente une manière de pratiquer simple et systématique qui nous permettra d'intégrer les trois phases fondamentales requises pour dominer n'importe quel art martial : l'apprentissage des principes, les aspects techniques et la pratique, phase de développement à travers l'entraînement. Pour une meilleure compréhension de ces trois phases de l'évolution, la vidéo se divise en 5 parties : Sabaki no Hokko (direction du mouvement), absorption du Ki, Nagare et En - ten (fluidité et circularité), Suwari Waza (techniques assis) et Buki Waza (techniques avec armes). Une excellente méthode d'entraînement visant à dominer les secrets de " l'Aikido sans forme ".
