It will always be necessary to have them indoors for a certain amount of the day, as others have said, to keep them from drowning in the rain and safe from predators. Now this isn't my farm so idfk what goes down there. But seeing a 3 minute clip of some turkeys in a barn does not constitute abuse by any government anywhere in the world. If you'd like to change the regulations, write to your government or run for office.
