Argyle fan here, Thanks Natalie for the compliments, it was totally unexpected for us! I was at the West Brom Away match during our best FA Cup run back in 84, the last time we beat a Premiership side! The Green Army are some of the best travelling fans in the EFL... Thank You, Great review...
Fair play to Natalie. As an Argyle fan we look at teams like Brentford as the blueprint of where we'd like to be. We won just through sheer effort and the fans sounded great (I live abroad so judging by the tv). Respect to the bees and the Argyle!
I never understand why a team like Brentford who will never be in real danger of relegation who are fairly comfortable in the league will rest player's and not go for a cup, Bournemouth and Leicester when comfortable have done the same too before In previous seasons
plymouth deserved it they soaked up the pressure and then got a good goal brentford lacked the final ball but they struggle when teams actually respect them, they have against all lower opposition in all cups for years. but for the people saying they disrespected the cup its annoying me as people do not realise bar starting mbuemo and wissa, which frank should be in his right somewhat to not do, a lot of those players will be against city anyway. it annoys me how little people actually know about brentfords injuries as soo many clubs are claiming they have an injury crisis atm
Argyle has not the players that could play the way Rooney wanted, he persisted with it and paid the price! Just feel sorry for the club and its supporters that may suffer relegation due to his arrogance to be unrealistic!
Can never understand why teams like Brentford don’t start their best 11 in games like this. 🤷🏼♂️🤔The FA and Carling cups are the ONLY chance of silverware for them and they are not likely to be relegated. Having said that, we (Argyle) were excellent on the day and deserved the win. Hopefully this will kick start a slow but steady climb out of trouble for us.🤞🏼
Don’t worry Brentford fans…City is coming to your gaffe and Pep will play his suicidal high backline with a MF that completely exposes the defense. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to score on us as were the gift that keeps on giving (unless of course Pep’s stubbornness has gone on vaca and he actually adopts a bit of pragmatism, but I doubt it).
@@lanceyt4401 I appreciate you conviction in City winning, but given how dreadful we’ve been playing - don’t let the scores fools you. Had LC and WH had much better finishers like what Brentford have, we lose those games. That’s what worries me most
@@MCFCTheMadHatter in those matches we weren't great but just needed results and for some players to get confidence back. The turn around has begun and we'll win 1-3
@@lanceyt4401 I appreciate you positivity but Pep is still playing (not Salford game) a system that the players we have cannot execute. 29 goals conceded in 15 games shows there’ are serious defensive issues and when you watch our games, it all comes from the MF exposing the defense. But since we have virtually no MF you’d think common sense would dictate dripping the backline a bit and go from an aggressive 3 while inverting 1 to a more conservative back 4 with no inverting and a lower backline for defensive solidity. Yet Pep refuses to adapt it all. I hope you’re right and I’m wrong, but my sample size is the whole season so far. Hopefully Pep will be more pragmatic with the defense vs Brentford otherwise Mb (can’t spell his name properly) and Wissa will have a field day against our backline. And remember too, they destroyed out defense and MF when we played them eaely in the season before our team had a near total collapse in confidence. Much of our season rests on Pep being pragmatic and adaptive vs what he’s been all season which is stubborn and tactically intractable.
Brentford are quickly going to become the equivalent of Stoke City. A team that sits mid table. Doesn't win any silverware and eventually will get relegated. The players will move on same with the manager.
Natalie shows what Sky is missing.

First away win for Plymouth since April last year, hope their fans enjoyed the day.

That was a strong lineup. They were definitely not focused on this game and thinking of City
Shows how horrific Rooney is as a manager
I agree that he was horrible but it was just an FA Cup mircle those players aren't good enough
@@Manchesters_Adonis I agree. But since Rooney’s left we have drawn 2 and won 1 (with 3 clean sheets)
Shocking Brentford not going full strength too get the job done. What else they going for this season.
the pilgrims were very good. i ussed to find the natty and cascarino show boring but i like it now

Too be fair, they are a bus stop team that play at the B-tech stadium.
Rooney did have some influence then...
Plymouth played like Brentford used to.
our defending has improve tenfold in recent games since rooney left. Natalie's is kind with her compliments COYG.

When introducing Tony Cascarino there was 0 mention of Gillingham. Why does Nat hate Gillingham?
3 times in a row now, can't be that shocked
Let's laugh...Keep on crying Natalie 😂😂😂😂

Agree with Natalie should have started strong and battered them get 2 or 3 up then make subs second half.
