a solid low tier panzer armed with a rapid fire 37 mm KwK36 cannon (2.9 second reload). For a reserve panzer it has good armor with proper angling. The biggest downside to this panzer is its horrible turret rotation but to counter it move the hull to help get the gun on target.

The panzer 3 E and B are both great starter tanks. But my panzer 4 c with that heat shell is my baby. I absolutely love watching small tanks explode on impact
