the new NMC gazette(18/11/21) says that a foreign medical graduate have to get the medical licensing exam certificate from the country from where they have completed their course and after that only they would be eligible to write NEXT examination in India ,so will we have to write medical licensing exam in Moldova in their language (romanian)? Or will they give the medical license without writing their medical licensing exam?

In the case of Moldova, you don't have to get a license in Moldova, after course completion you can come back directly to India and apply for Next exam 👍

For 1st year the total amount will be around Rs 6.5 Lakhs including tuition fees, agency fees, medical insurance,visa etc and not including hostel, mess and air tickets. Hostel and mess will be around Rs. 10-15k per month. Air ticket is now around 40-45k.
From second year onwards Rs. 4.15L for tution fees, visa extension medical insurance etc.
To get practicing licence in Eastern European countries is difficult and usually students don't prefer that because the salary is less than what it is in India. So students either clear FMGE Or prepare for PLAB Or USMLE to go to UK Or US
