The manager keeps using no.14 he can't defend and has gave away many goals in the past. The team have no urgency and don't know how to defend against counter attacks. If you're going to loose anyway why not pick younger players to mold/train and give them experience at international level?
Very Simple. Until Aus Football Fed start supporting the sport and follow the Japanese example/format the Futsalroos will be passed by all countries and soon wont even qualify for any tournaments
