Considering this is a beginner guides for fishing im surprised they didnt mention the fact you'll get tons of rough logs early on when fishing
you won't if you fish only on fish school
if you get alot of wood, then the spot in which you are fishing was used by another player. Especially when in the blue zones and being with fellow fishermans.

Got to t7 gathering for cloth, wanted to start a new profession and after trying fishing in yellow zones (t4 avalonian rod+gear and food) I’ve found it as profitable if not more so than gathering fibre right off the bat… is this a thing?
As in is it as profitable as it seems? Or am I misleading myself, seems to have really good silver per hour comparatively
One question. If I got avalonian fishing rod, should I wear the rod or just keep in inventory? Passive skill from avalonian rod is active when I fishing with weapon in mainhand slot?

Fishiing is a quite dangerous job in albion. Any tips for newbs that may want to fish in Red-Black Zones? And avoid or lessen getting ganked?
All gathering professions don't have it easier, fishing and stone gatherers have it worse if not in the big guild in the black zone, even Blood letter doesn't always save you lol

I think sharks are only found off the docks of starting towns whose names end in "Cross", except for NOT in Swamp Cross.
How do you get sharks?

what does a fisherman's specialist means ? I been named one for all the fishing I did
Fishing Specialist is the name of a node on your Destiny Board. It's actually a skill that you can rank up to level 100 by earning a lot of fishing fame. Once you have unlocked Fishing Specialist, whenever you earn fame for the regular Fisherman skill, you also get the same amount of fame towards Fishing Specialist.
For every level of Fishing Specialist skill, you earn bonuses to item power on any fisherman gear you equip, plus bonuses to fishing speed and fishing yield (which improves your odds of catching extra fish each time you cast).
I would like to know , an advanced fisherman in this game , how much you can earn a month by fishing but without premium ??

@@puripuri3876 not denying the possibilities, just wanted to clarify, getting that much worth in silver in late game only by fishing, u definitely need guild controlled high tier zones or you'll have to make runs through many zones avoiding gankers and thus, making even less silver in the process.
Didn't work for me, can't find a place to hook a mouse up on my phone lmfao.. JK, I'm assuming hook symbol in place of attack on phone is same as mouse left clicking.. Thanks for the video.. Kept losing fish and came looking to see why

I thought the gathering yeild from pies don't affect fishing yield it has been told to me a lot of time
This might be an old bug, but I can say 100% that it does work.
Yep when the game released it didn't, but I think it was the Queen patch about a year later when food buffs began applying to fishing too.
The act of pressing the mouse all the time to fish is not good for the health.
I abandoned fishing and even the game after the hand started hurting.
I would recommend that the mini-game to be changed or allow to press spacebar instead of pressing the mouse.
I sometimes fish for hours on end and don't get this issue. I do know what you mean though but in general whenever you spend alot of time at a computer/typing your hands begin to hurt.
I suspect this mini game is specifically designed to try and stop bots successfully fishing. Seen a few fishing bots trying to fish on the noise alone and so react if you fish next to them, quite funny to spoil their time.

I maxed fishing and then find out that you can get T7 fishes in the royal continent which makes it less profitable than the other proffesions because you can only find the T7 and T8 resources in the BZ and the ava roads. I dont understand why this is like this. Shouldnt the fishing be the same as the other proffesions and only spawn up to T6 fishes in the royal continent?
Getting problems for late game
As beginners, fishing is decent and pretty safe way of earning money
@@meferswift Up to T6 theres no difference compared to the other profesions but from T7 fishing is in disadvantage since the other proessions get more rewared when going to gather in the BZ because theres no T7+ resources in the royal continent.

Yep, since the Queen update, I think, about a year or so after the game was released.

you could rework the minigame to catch fish so we don't have to hold the mouse button
I'm not sure, but i think (think!) that this "minigame" is a protection against bot users.
Because the line jumps right and down people have to activly stay behind their Monitor to fish.
If using a bot, it must understand how to play this minigame, so its not that easy to botcatch fishes, while afk netflix etc

so the minigame doesn't help ^^ it's like saying we need to have a minigame to mine ore or stone, there are bot's too that stay in the same position all day long and mine stuff, haven't seen those for some time though (have only seen it in yellow zones in the past)
they can just make another minigame instead of click and hold or whatever

Will the dragons ever awaken after Merlin put them in their eternal slumber?
3 Million health or more health, extremely high damage, high resistances, high defense, multiplayer buff, low cooldowns, infinite energy, mid fast attack speed, long debuffs, and lesser dragon minions that surround it but the dragon can't spawn them again. I'd say it would be a bit low as a dragon boss fight considering the lore behind the dragons in albion.
Might as well beef up the numbers to 5-10 Million considering Bedivere was only 1 of the round table knights excluding merlin and morgana.

The guide is fine but there is something that the sharks do not come out sometimes I waited for 7 to 9 hours and nothing in the same area and there are some who roam them all day. and they get nothing
Make sure to fish in salt water, sharks can't be found in fresh water spots
sharks only come out in 5 locations and there are always people waiting
I have been fishing for 3 weeks and I have only come across 4 shark nodes

If you're playing on phone, try and see if you can add more ram storage soyou can play a bit better. I don't recommend using old phones or tablets that don't have much RAM and storage.

there was no need to make an useless video on fishing after nerfing it, also mostly new plyrs start with fishing. it was as useless video as ur pvp content and bringing some useless change's all through the patch's. work on stopping blob ganking, fix frame drop, bug and other important stuffs.

Well i happen to stumble into this video by mercy of ytube algorithm. So this video altough not the best, it help. Im sure i can get better reference from other channel, but this one is fine for me.
