ജ്യോതീംഷി സത്ത്വാനി ദിശോ ദ്രുമാദീൻ /
സരിത്-സമുദ്രാംശ്ച ഹരേഃ ശരീരം
യത് കിം ച ഭൂതം പ്രണമേദനന്യഃ.
ആകാശം, വായു, തീയ്, വെള്ളം, ഭൂമി, പ്രകാശിയ്ക്കുന്ന ഗോളങ്ങൾ (നക്ഷത്രാദി), ദിക്കുകൾ, മരങ്ങൾ, പുഴകൾ, കടലുകൾ -- ഇവയെല്ലാം ഭഗവാൻ ഹരിയുടെ ശരീരമാണ്. രൂപമെടുത്ത എല്ലാറ്റിനെയും നാം വന്ദിയ്ക്കണം -- മറ്റൊന്നിലേയ്ക്കും മനസ്സു വഴിതെറ്റിപ്പോകാതെ.
khaṁ vāyum agniṁ salilaṁ mahīṁ cha
jyotīṁṣi sattvāni diśo drumādīn /
sarit-samudrāmś cha harEḥ śarīraṁ
yat kiṁ cha bhūtaṁ praṇameEd ananyaḥ
खं वायुम् अग्निं सलिलं महीं च
ज्योतींषि सत्त्वानि दिशो द्रुमादीन् /
सरित्-समुद्रांश्च हरेः शरीरं
यत् किं च भूतं प्रणमेद् अनन्यः //
The sky, air, fire, water, earth, stars and other shining entities, the four directions, trees, rivers, the ocean -- all this is SRee Hari's embodiment. Whatever exists needs to be bowed to as they are all nothing but the Divine!

I have followed this spiritual principle and in return nearly all my illnesses have been healed by trees, plants, herbs, fasting on fruits alone, etc. The one and only time I visited a doctor was in 1966 when I was 18 years old. Here is a tree prayer that I use for requesting for healing to the trees around our house and our small town:
ധത്തേ ഭരം കുസുമ-പത്ര-ഫലാവലീനാം
ഘർമ്മവ്യഥാം വഹതി ശീത-ഭവാം രുജാം ച /
യോ ദേഹം അർപ്പയതി ചാന്യ സുഖസ്യ ഹേതോ:
തസ്മൈ വദാന്യ-ഗുരവേ തരവേ നമസ്തേ //
പൂക്കൾ, ഇലകൾ, പഴങ്ങൾ ഇവയുടെയെല്ലാം ഭാരം വഹിയ്ക്കുകയും,
വേനലിന്റെ കെടുതികൾ സഹിയ്ക്കുകയും, കൊടുംതണുപ്പിന്റെ വേദനകൾ
അതിജീവിയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു സ്വന്തം ദേഹം അന്യരുടെ സുഖത്തിന്നായി
സമർപ്പിയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ദയാമയനായ ഗുരുവായ മരത്തിന് എന്റെ നമസ്കാരം !
धत्ते भरं कुसुमपत्र फलावलीनां
घर्मव्यथां वहति शीतभवां रुजां च /
यो देहमर्पयति चाऽन्य सुखस्य हेतोः
तस्मै वदान्यगुरवे तरवे नमस्ते //
dhattē bharaṁ kusumapatra phalāvalīnāṁ
gharmavyathāṁ vahati śītabhavāṁ rujāṁ ca /
yō dēhamarpayati cā’nya sukhasya hētōḥ
tasmai vadānyaguravē taravē namastē //
