During our 6 night 7 days Kashmir tour package, we visited Gulmarg on our 6th day. We started after breakfast from Srinagar houseboat , we started and took 2 hours to reach Gulmarg. We took Gondola cable car online through our tour operator, but we got only Phase one of Gulmarg cable car. Phase one of Gulmarg cable connects, Gulmarg and Kungdoor and will take 9 minutes cable car safari.

We spent around 2 hours over there in Kungdoor, and did two snow activities. Ice Skiing for children with training and we paid 2000 INR for 2 people. They asked for 4000 initially. Another snow activity we done in Gulmarg is Snow Mobile ride and snow bike safari. For snow mobile also we paid 1000 per head. This was amazing. After spending 2 hours there in Kungdoor, we came back to Gulmarg by cable car.
Drung water falls near Gulmarg is another attraction of this Gulmarg tour in our Kashmir Tour package and was not worth in that time. Best time to visit Drung water falls is in winter, say October to February. Never try to visit Drung water falls in summer time.

You were lucky to be there when snow covered whole valley. In our trip in one march April, we stayed at Gulmarg one night, then went for gondola, but even in second stage, no much snow could be enjoyed.😂
