Once the Rookie Event ends, the Rookie lineup will be gone, but your can still use your Rookie players in their respective normal lineups. As for Rookie Master Ben Simmons, if you look at his set info, there isn't any "No Auction" mention, so going by that, he should be auction-able.

Wow. Buddy Hield is OP in his lineup. Even the 76 ovr Hield is really good. I got the 83 ovr Hield tho and he makes every 3pt shot.
