sir great but i am confuse that bread winner is earning only 25000/per month how it is possible to deposit 40000/ruprs per month in term oe other insurance
Hello Sir ,very good information. Sir my husband is 48 years old & 7 lakh rs per year income ,but having Diabetes. How much should be Tarm Insurance. Please tell me combination plan
@@MilindWalawalkar sir ab dubara education ke liye try nahi ker sakte mera question phir se hai, I want to know how I will decide that we have to multiply monthly expenses with 200. If example 30000 ka hoga tab bhi kya humko 200 se multiply kerna hoga. Monthly expenses ki figure agar badalti ha tab bhi kya her baar humko 200 se usko multiply kerna hoga
To have 30,000 monthly income, if you multiply 30,000 mly expenses by 200 you will get a 60 lakhs figure. And if one can invest this 60 lakhs @ 6% p.a then he will get 3.60 lakhs p.a which means 30,000 p.m. That means, to get 30,000 p.m. returns @6%, you have to simply multiply by 200. But if, the rate of return changes, then multiplying by 200 will not serve the purpose. To get the same 30,000 p.m. returns @3% you will have to multiply by 400 & To get the same 30,000 p.m. returns @9% you will have to multiply by 133.33. This calculation is shown just to simplify the things
Since there is a very short time, you have no option but to focus on big-ticket size premium, of 5 families who can give at least 2 lakh premium per head. Or, focus on 20 policies with 50K premium, which can be completed at the branch level without special reports.
