- Russia reacted strongly after Polish foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski suggested placing Crimea under UN for 20 years. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov hit out at Sikorski and termed his proposal absurd. Peskov said, "Russian territory and Russian regions cannot be the subject of any discussions or transfer to anyone." Ukraine too rejected Polish FM's proposal.

It is in poland s interest to work for peace between russia and ukraine.russia will not use nuclear weapons in east ukraine because east ukraine is populated by russians. West ukraine is a different matter,and this is on the border with poland.

The fact of the matter is that Russia is the only country involved that has made any real efforts towards peace or any offers of peace talks! That's besides the fact that Russia spent many years trying to avoid a conflict with Ukraine through diplomatic efforts to have Ukraine stop their shelling and missile strikes on the population of the Donbass region!
