Can also confirm. Bought the Mark 300 and found out it measures distance in feet. I wrote them every day asking for a refund and they told me to pound sand every day for a couple weeks till I gave up and bought a DJI.
Tell you the truth it doesn't matter how far you can fly it the fact is does everything they claim work I know it's not 100% stable and when I own one I wished I hadn't got it but I did also on the eMachine X5 the e-machine EX4 brand new going to sell it soon never been flu you used to tell people what things was and wasn't here's the thing quit worrying about how far you can fly it worry about how good it is and the other thing how did you like the eMachine EX4 or the X12 thank you man and thank you for your videos and I appreciate them but let please let your viewers know as a beginner 2,000 ft is a long ways for a beginner to be flying type of quadcopter or drone thank you for your great videos I've watched you many times and enjoyed
Thanks for the input. I think you missed the point of the video. A lot of the newer cheap drones say kilometers but are really measuring feet. Big difference. I have explained in many videos that range doesnt matter. It is hiw stri g of a signal that you get. But if they advertise a range, I am going to see how close to that range they get. I have the same drone, but f3. it is a hand me down, the original owner flew it on beach sand with a high iron content, it sucked sand into the motors, it was given to me disassembled, I replaced the motors but it does not transmit a WiFi signal to my phone, apparently my phone is compatible, any ideas guy's?
I bought one of those drones turns out to be a very crappy device no one says how strong is it in the wind so I'm on a certain day and got lost in and then I lost connection for a beginner they need to know not the fire as high as they can they will lose it in the Wind
. It is not the greatest drone at all. But at a little over $100 you get what you pay for. It is very light and subject to get taken by the wind. I believe there are 2 speeds. Did you have it on the fastest speed when the wind took it?
Dude there are trees all around your house so your test is not very honnest : the brand says 2000 m if there is no obstacle... so the test needs to be done without obstacles
CLTech kay sorry i must have misunderstood you ;) i finally used mine ! Exactly the same as yours. And that’s right, even without obstacles, the maximum distance is like 400-500 metres instead of 2000.. but anyway, for the price i believe this is a super machine i had a lot of fun even if the performances are not the highest ... No...I like it...but iit is advertised as a 2KM drone. No way to get 2km on that transmitter and using your phone for the FPV.

The height is in meters. the distance is in feet. Ive seen this in a coupe of the newer cheap drones.

I believe you missed the point of the video. I was not doing a range test. I was just showing that the kilometers reading is actually in feet.
