ciybersal I agree that the look is rather sedate. Only if they had given it an aggressive look it would have become the best selling car in Pakistan as well. For instance, you can look at old Nissan’s Leaf, it had just a lazy and sad face.

@Juvenile Delinquet 18-20 with AC in summers, and 26-27 in winters. Have had it for 2 winters and got that much between refuels. This is city driving, hybrid cars get lesser average on highway and 100+ speeds
This car is far more better than Aqua or Fit .In every aspect - Fuel Economy -Acceleration - Driving Pleasure -Suspension And other features like Acs or Bird Eye view Camera And Obviously in Space

A detailed and realistic analysis about a typical car or brands reliability is a very important thing to look at, but you totally ignore it every time you review a car, it would be great if you explain in detail a brand's reliability and long term maintenance cost as well as resale value, things which are most relevant for a common middle class consumer. For instance Nissan battery and its reliability is considered substandard internationally, its nissan leaf battery degraded very quickly and was the centre of criticism all over europe and America,

Automatic braking is REGENERATIVE BREAKING for recharging the battery pack.
It’s used to further extend the mileage range.
This function is used in almost all the hybrids and electric vehicles now a days.
its a great car, Good to see that its available in Pakistan. In USA its very popular here as Nissan Versa in gasoline not in electric. Nissan Leaf offers complete electric powered. Altima's should also come on Pakistani roads.

I am owner of Nissan Note e-power certified by Pakwheels. It is the most economical and luxury car with wonderful looks. I am highly satisfied. It's been 3 months since I got this car. I need help in finding the cabin air filter as I am unable to find it and i don't have its owners manual. There is no particular video available on TH-cam. That's why I ll appreciate if you can tell me the location of Cabin Air Filter so that I may change it accordingly. Regards. Fahad Pirzada

But
Now i want to switch another hybrid/electric car, and found this car many reasons to select execpt no console box/luxury hand rest in this car.

In ECO mode, the Electric or Hybrid Cars show the phenomenon of retardation or decrease in the speed (braking) due to the process of "Regenerative Braking". In this technique, the motor which is used to drive the wheel(s), acts as a generator, in order to produce electricity which is used to recharge the batteries of the car/vehicle.
can we charge batteries from elecrtricity like does it have a plug in charger?
Obviously Nissan note is very much better than any other hybrid. Comprehensive review.
Auto braking might be due to reverse rotation of motor, which uses the kinetic energy of car to charges the batteries. Regenerative Braking!

The thing which u missed is, though told but ppl didn't get.. is that this car is a total electric drive.. being driven on electric motors.. the engine there acts just as a generator to provide electricity.. means its a tesla drive.. but ur electricity is being produced within the car.. so an electric drive cant be matched with a gasoline drive.thats y its so fast.. !and the room space is remarkable
This car is only driven by electric motor. The engine is only for the charging of its lithium ion batteries that drives electric motor. Its drive is totally like nissan leaf or tesla
engine noise is always a problem in hybrid as the metal used are quite light to improve consumption, hence engine noise may be bit high.
Yes even in hybrid corollas the engines are pretty noisy

When electric cars do this auto braking It's called regen brake. Electric motor with transmission do braking to create electric power and put in battery. And that improves your range. Cheers!
