I saw them live two days ago.
These guys are a straight up religious experience. There's so much energy on stage, and it's truly something so amazing and wonderful that I can't even describe it. I've liked these guys for about two years now, but seeing them live... There's nothing like it.
THIS is the best band many haven't heard of yet. Saw them twice in the last two weeks. Met them in Brooklyn last night. True musicians and the nicest guys you will ever meet. Wish them nothing but luck but they wont need it...they will be in stadiums one day. See them now cause their power in smaller venues will make the hairs on the back of your neck stand. Simply exceptional!
john semczuk Definitely agree! The first time I saw this band live was back in 2012 and met a couple of the guys afterward. Coolest guys, just like you said. I've seen them two times since and they have yet to disappoint me. I look forward to seeing them in a stadium some day. Just hearing them on the radio has gotten me so excited. This is the second song by the X Ambassadors that touches my soul right down to its’ core. Just puts me in a better mood overall. When the world/life is too much at times & trust me it has been the last 2-4 yrs non-stop. This song brings me back down to earth, the ground. I don’t know tbh. It’s hard/difficult to explain. Ie find the exact correct/right word to describe that/this feeling when I listen to this song. Sometimes/more times lately/recently multiple times a day too. The first song that is my sobering song, the humbling song for myself is/was:”Unsteady.” Used to burst into tears alone listening to it but not in a awful or terrible way either. In an odd/weird way some might see it as if they knew/understood truly why I did/do that alone. It’s a way for me to be real with me/myself. Keep grounded and still acknowledge my current, serious personal problems that still some many have zero to absolutely no clue of bc I’ve kept it that way on purpose for at least going over 4 yrs maybe more like over 5 now honestly lost count which bothers me so deeply instant/immediate shame hits me and I shove it all down back inside still locked away only for me to truly knows its’ game….
Being raised by a narcissist will damage u mentally. And every time I listen to this song, it brings tears to my eyes. It makes me feel like everything is gonna be OK. And it makes me feel like I have some worth, some value, to somebody, somewhere out there. Even if I haven't found that somebody yet.
