- I haven't fished tubes in so long, and I'm happy I had the idea to try them out again. They're an overall great, durable bait, and I like them. I hope you enjoy watching!

Shasta produces some really nice, healthy looking fish and the lake looks higher than its been in a long time.....and you got the whole place to yourself.....like being in heaven. Nice vid.
Nothing better than being out on the water🎣
Great to see water levels so high!
It is, hopefully they stay like this for a while!
Great video and hilarious catching the rock! Fun!
Hahaha that was so weird. Thanks 😂
Awesome fishing trip, Grace! They are fun to catch and fun to see them jump out of water when reeling one in. Im a new sub here and keep rocking them fish! That rock catch was 😅 but when fishing, it's all fare game!! Have a good one, and be safe out there. 🎣💯👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hahaha the rock was funny😂 thank you for subscribing 👍
@graceifishing your welcome, Grace! I never caught a rock, but i have caught some trees!! 😂😂Keep up the hard work!! I have a few bass videos that I caught nice size large mouth bass on live bluegills. I mostly just fish for crappie on my channel. If you get a chance, come on over and check the channel out. You have a great day and be safe out there while finishing. 🎣💯👍🏼
I finally think I’m coming to Shasta next weekend to fish. Coming down from southern Oregon. Your channel helped convince me to go
Nice! I’m glad it helped. Shastas so much fun👍
Nice! I’m going to Shasta in July!! Really appreciate your videos ~ great for overall learning and for Shasta-specific tips and updates 👍🏼👍🏼
Of course! I’m glad to help. Thanks👍
good work
keep going!! 👏👏
Good stuff, just got back from four days on Shasta. Launched and fished out of Antlers. Overall the bite was steady, with fish to 3 1/4lbs.
That’s a good fish! I can’t wait to catch another giant out of Shasta.
Nice video 👍
Thanks🎣
I’ll be there next week! Going to fish off of Turntable bay Rd …
Good luck!
Nice I got a couple in Anderson this morning
Anderson river park?
@@graceifishing ya lost a big one
@@stephenbeth6843 dangg, I lost a nice fish today too
@@graceifishing I was messing around and bang
@@graceifishing got a couple this morning at Mary lake
What part of the lake are you fishing in? I come annually from so cal in the first week of June and wanna know the hot spots your catching! Last year I fished around antlers which is where we camp and couldn’t catch anything! I think the water levels rising might’ve had something to do with it?!
Hoping for better luck this year from our house boat and a float tube!
I always go to either centimudi or jones valley. Those are my favorite places. But I’ve fished all over the lake, and always catch fish. Give a bottom bait a try, those always work usually 👍. Maybe try a swim bait too
What are your favorite bottom bait? Last year I used a Texas rig with senkos
Thinking of using crawdads as well! Thanks!
@@colebullard5593 if you’re going to use live bait, use minnows. Craws will dig down into the rocks, of course.
My favorite bottom baits are tubes, finesse worms (I use the ones at Phil’s Propeller a lot), and drop shots.
A neko rigged fat worm is one of my confidants baits, that’s something all throw year round.
Try out a neko rig if you haven’t. You’ll need the wacky tool, O rings, and 3/16 nail weight ball heads. They work great and catch so many fish on the same worm.👍
@@graceifishing Are you posting anytime soon? I'll be there in about a week or so! Show me some of the rigs that are working best! That would be super helpful! Got a float tube to go off the house boat from the 8th-14th. I'm pumped!
@@colebullard5593 I’m posting a new video tomorrow morning most likely 😁
here….assumption was another video trying to get clicks but showing she is actually familiar & know what she doing? Dig it! 👏 No sub but hey you got a comment & 👍
Appreciate the comment🎣
Tighten your Spool tension knob a tighter. The small knob on the left side of your bait caster. Help against back lashes!
Yes that’s true, but I like a long cast😂
Nice video - "I caught a rock?!" 💀
@@Bu3nit0 my first real rock fish😂😂
@@graceifishing I think I've caught everything that's not a fish, except a rock. I look forward to that day!
