    Man how I use to struggle with frozen straw bales. Those were the days. One of the reasons I got out of cattle. Enjoy your videos. Cheers

    JD balers are famous for picking up stones. I had to line the inside of my open front shed with 3/4" auction sale plywood because I was blasting stones right through the tin back wall!

    Got family that are dairy farmers.Son in law runs down one sided manager with feed. Follow right behind with processor and shoot straw over the feeding cows backs. Feed and perfectly bed 150 dry cows in 15 min. Me and my back sure wish i'd thought of that!

    Nice looking cows .. I’m a big fan of the Simmental .. my father an i farmed Simmental with an easy calving charlois bull an the colours came out nice an light cream colours an white ones an do they ever grow fast An sell well !!

    How do you get wrap off a bail that has been grabbed by a grapple? LOL we actually use grapple and Spears on a bi-directional

    Spreading the straw that thick must keep the manure from sticking to the dirt. Makes it easier to clean, wouldn't you say?

      We like it to freeze hard first... then the thick straw will keep it frozen... and it works good like that for after

    Idk of anyone that takes twine or netwrap off of the bales they send thru the bale shredder, get yourself a hotknife thing & it's easy to take off

      @@Northern_Farmer i worked for a deere dealer in the 80's in H P . Found a great wife that still puts up with me . We moved back to ontario to take over family farm here. Miss the west, people are great out there.When I was there you had neighours that helped each other and alway drinking coffee.Hope it stays that way. enjoy the videos
