There was a movie I watched where there was a sentence that kept repeating itself "focus on what's Infront of you and then move onto the next" break that sentence down, when you start to overthink or get stressed out and everything seems to come at you all at once just remind yourself of what's Infront of you and once it's done. Move onto the next, don't create a plan or a what if scenario, just take it simple step by step. It's getting me through the worst and it'll get you through yours

I'm fighting give up now my wmn of 14yrs just gave up on me 3 months ago didn't let me back in my home one night put an order protection on me aftee arguing The kids I raised and love didn't call or reach out on father's day it killed me I never once since they were baby's missed a birthday gift or holiday for them and I feel abandoned my dogs furniture tv everything I own or had is hers now and I'm ready to give this up I'm in my late 30s no motivation to go on and feel like it's to late for anything I'm ready to crash out lately taking risk on my motorcycle idk how to stop thinking about my home that's not mine anymore or thinking obsessively of the wmn I still love intimate with another man I can't get it out on my head so I might just physically get it out I'm not suicidal but the thought of not feeling anything seems piecful and free from this pain idk why I just randomly ranted guess I'm in my feels from this video but im slowly not caring about life anymore I didn't ask to be born I was a mistake from a 13 and 14 year old kids I was supposed to be aborted but my mom refused at 14 but sometimes I wish she listened to my grandma
