The feature would have all kinds of uses, it could follow you close by on the street while you go for a walk, and be right there when you want to drive home, no walking back to the parking spot.

All these concept vehicles (no matter how many wheels) are generally fictive and will never really hit the market. Their only purpose is to bring the new technical ideas that they are packed with into play. Many of which we will also never hear of again as well. This is why we have to pay horrifying prices for new vehicles. Honestly how much technic is in a car that many of us seldom or never use. We just have to foot the bill so that this stuff comes on the market.
There might be limited demand for self-driving bikes. Most bike enthusiasts enjoy the act of riding and might not be interested in a bike that takes away that experience. If you would buy a self driving bike, why not just buy a self driving car which offers more protection.
I work for a Toyota and Chevrolet Dealership, and I can tell you that you absolutely can not get too far with any fully electric vehicle. Toyota absolutely doesn't like fully electric vehicles. If you have noticed Toyota doesn't have hardly any fully electric vehicles, they only have like 1. Everything else is a hybrid or a gas. Toyota is in favor of a hybrid like there select Toyota Tundras you can get a Hybrid motor with an I-Force Max. Then you can also just get a Fully Gas Motor. The None Hybrid Tundra can tow up to 11,000LBS and the Hybrid with I-Force Max can tow 12,000LBS. It's not a huge difference in towing. And not to mention if your Hybrid battery dies, it costs like $8,000 to $12,000 just to replace the battery. But don't get me wrong, hybrid Battery's have come a long way. You can get about 30 to 40 years out of a hybrid battery.
All fun an games until it glitches or malfunctions while going around a turn at 70 mph. Not to mention controlling the bike is what makes riding fun. No thanks.
