The zillion one was not what you think it was. It wasn't a " paralyzed man " it was a man who had been in a car accident and had trouble walking. He couldn't walk for very long which is why he used the wheel chair. The reason the camera fell down, was because his dog was getting to some wires, and he tried to stop him, fell and hit bumped the desk. As for the girl telling the OMG story. That is just her starting a story at the time he happen to be getting up to leave. He has tried to come out to explain his side of the story, but no one wants to hear it.

I came to the comments to see or ask if that guy was kind of "Special" in some way. And I don't mean that in a bad way but there's nothing about any of his actions make any sense or lack of action when it first started going he just kind of froze and then sauntered over to the other side of the room and through cardboard on it
but if he is and living on his own then obviously he's a risk to society in doing so. This man needs adult supervision but that's based solely on a tiny slice of his life that I've seen on this video.

I remember one case where the guy getting swatted died, they tracked down the caller and they got a lengthy sentence, understandably.
The problem with that is that more often than not these people are making these calls from throwaway numbers that sketchy websites/apps provide.

My garden hose for sure wouldn't reach my bedroom unless I took it thru my window, which I probably wouldn't think to do if I was in panic mode lol. He did his best and he was smart for using the bowl, probably all he had, but the filth provided way too much fuel for the fire ( as well as restricting his movement=more time for fire to spread)

Instead, they put a boot in his back to the point the guy lifted his body weight off the ground for a moment. Held him down while continuing to demean him with, "don't you f---ing move, you hear me boy?". Even after the moment passed, they asked him if he thought it was funny because he was having an emotional response to a stressful situation. I understand that the job is stressful and you have to be on your toes, but there was no reason to treat him like a violent criminal when there was no evidence of him being so. They believed the call more than their own eyes. And even if he is the perpetrator, it is the court's job to judge him, not the responding officers'. The lack of training with these power tripping cops is the issue. This should be about going through the motions and getting the job done. Suppressing that adrenaline and resolving the situation. Instead, it becomes an opportunity to flex on someone who can't defend themselves.

Not if you were to hit the fire. It would be the same as hitting it with a cloth which seems to be good at putting small fires out
+JPtheDawg A rigid object doesn't work nearly as good as a cloth. The cloth basically forms a seal around the fire and prevents it from receiving more oxygen. Chances are, even a non-flammable board would only make the situation worse.

+Eric Taylor Munchausen syndrome. He fakes a disability to get support. (And yes, I work in psychiatry as a nurse. But I'm not qualified to diagnose.) If he is suffering from this disease, his mind playing tricks with him. It's sad that patients with this syndrome more often than not tend to hurt the people, from whom they wish attention. Even though this is mostly emotionally. I'm not justifying his actions, I merely offer a probable explanation.

As a stoner, I have to admire more often than not I set fire to my rolling tray of papers and cigarette ends and my adrenaline kicks in hella fast and I manage to get that fire out in zero seconds.
