SNAKE SPOON STINT -Wordlebot says STINT was a 1 out of 15 guess, but it was genuinely the only valid word I could think of. -You pondering your second guess: "How about STAND, that would be good..., or also TRADE, that might be the best you could do!" -Probably should have gone with your first instinct here, would have given you S, T & N in position (although I could see that being pretty trappy in itself).
Almost fainted when you considered STAND after LOLLY. That's what I had done, and was obviously thrilled with it. (I yelled at you to stick with stand, but I guess you didn't hear me.) Got it in 4: LOLLY, STAND, STING, STINT.
I started going pseudo-hard mode (playing it like hard mode but with normal mode settings) because letter testing was starting to get a bit blah. Got this one in 3 though from ALERT>POINT by this point I narrowed it down to 3 word I could think of SKINT STINT and QUINT because I managed to take the R, E, A, L and P out of play which were the most common letters to precede -INT. I chose STINT in the end which was quite lucky. Turns out Wordlebot says there was only one acceptable solution after POINT which surprised me.
4 today….I start with Raise on Friday, followed it with sting and thought I had it in 2…but that g did not light up. Tried again with stink and got it with stint
