I think Chanel was being (to use the cliché) inclusive in creating such a gorgeous range of nudes. Light/ dark, cool/warm, old/young-there’s a beautiful nude shade for just about everyone.
I’m so glad I ordered the 3 shades that I did- 196, 198 & 199- I haven’t gotten them yet, but from your swatches, and on your lips-they looked just the way I hoped they would! :) GORGEOUS!

My Chanel SA pulled out the tweed collection display from the back of the boutique and showed them to me yesterday. They are so beautiful! And the tweed pouches are super cute too!

I reserved a few lipsticks, nail polishes, and the eyeshadow quad. My SA told me that the other retailers are not supposed to sell Chanel collections before they officially launch at Chanel but it looks like that isn’t happening. I also got to see the tweed quads with their pouches and placed them all in reserve. Can’t wait! ❤️

I also ordered a bunch of the nail polishes. Here's the thing. Chanel is charging we Americans a $10.00 premium per lipstick, for this launch, because of where we live. Because they retail for 35EU in Europe, which is less than $35.00 each. But they are charging us $45.00 each. I resent that. In addition, these should all be permanent colors. I'm sick of Chanel only making bright lip colors. And then, making anything wearable, like these, Limited Edition. Such an obvious cash grab! Thanks for this video. You look lovely as always.💚

They all look so pretty on you, I'm debating between mise a nu and illusion, which would you suggest if I prefer cooler toned beige lipsticks? I know it said illusion was warm but it doesn't look like it on camera. Also which is lighter?Thank you! 💖
Thank you so much! Definitely Illusion pulls more Neutral Beige than warm, while Mise a Nu is more of a Pinky Beige. Mise a Nu is lighter but I feel Illusion may be a dash more versatile. Hope this serves of help. Have a lovely weekend! 💖✨
Mise a Nu and Sensibilité are the two that I would get. I wish that Chanel would make them permanent. They do far too many red lipsticks, which look TERRIBLE on me!
Just lovely! I actually cannot wear most of the light ones, despite my light skin tone. I have reddish lips naturally so I tend to wear the darker tones that blend with my lips. I’ve also seen many people with dark skin wear the light shades as well!
