I finally had a moment to sit and listen I'm grateful I waited until this time. Your message is so fitting for my current life cycle that is in the phase of "ending!" I am making peace with this change as the old parts of me have been fighting to hold on! The self Sabotage be real, and I am no longer accepting that as a part of me. I’m loving the vibe and flow. I love the words on the screen while you are speaking. This discussion made me see that I definitely try to make changes at a fast pace instead of slowing it down and really feeling what it is I’m wanting to bring forth in my life. Looking forward to the next video 💛
Yeah I think change is all about how we look at our situations. Our brains don’t want to do hard things, but really once they do they crave for more. My workout coach helped me look at working out differently she says don’t say “I have to work out” she says say “I get to workout” and “I get to do my homework” that small perspective change really puts the big picture into perspective. Every time I over come a fear or challenge I crave to do it more. I always question why it took forever to face too. We tend to make things harder in our head then they are.
