Eat raw gallbladder
You will need to take bile salts or oxbile for the rest of your life.
Whats the consensus on human teeth. If we are meant to eat meat why dont we have teeth like a carnivore predator.
Im not a vegan. I love eating meat .its my only conflicting thought on believing meat is all we are ment to eat. Anyone???
There doesn’t seem to be one. Actually, it seems to point towards us being better suited for plants.
But I feel like 💩 eating plant based so that’s what I end up going by 🤷♂️🙂
Its like arguing that having sex with a condom makes no difference. Raw is king.
Raw liver ..
Huh....nah
I will not eat raw meat I have to cook it. I'll take supplements with it
So, well done steaks absorb better? Can't do that though.
Egg proteins are absorbed on average of 10% better when cooked. Meat is the same. Funnily enough the microwave provides better egg absorption at 11%, where stove top is only 8%
@@will_of_europa Thanks, not doing microwave either :)
@@will_of_europa that’s not true man, maybe for the egg white, but the egg yolk is more easily digestible raw
Cooked eggs make me sick. Raw eggs with or without the white do not get me sick.
€Did not taste like nor look like chicken but feathers
Crazy that people believe in any "coach" on the internet telling you to eat raw meat from a supermarket lol Darwin's theory at its best here.
Can anyone please tell me how does one like the taste of meat. After two months of eating meat I feel like puking when eating it. Has anyone had the same feeling. Do you a,l actually enjoy the taste of meat?
You've got to be taking the piss
You have low stomach acid, go for a keto approach
You might be eating low quality meat, go for grass fed and finished beef. Stay away from chemicals where possible and cook it rare not well done
Carnivore MD. Sounds more like Omnivore MD. The ancestral diet was a mixture of both meat and plants. Carnivores are primarily or exclusively meat eaters, look up the definition.
Buy his book he explains this.
Of course raw meat is better then heated meat
i can barely eat cooked liver with tonnes of flavour wtf u animals eating raw liver for
