A video plagued with gender stereotypes and generalizations, encouraging gender perspectives before even asking the question "Is gender the most relevant variable?"
What about the "sleep perspective"? How are night owls affected by different projects?
What about the "shyness perspective"? How are shy people affected by different projects?
What about the "height perspective"? How are short people affected by different projects?
What about the "drug use" perspective?... All of these are potentially very important.
If you were to count all the relevant intersections thoroughly, you will find about 6 billion categories - each individual's experience and circumstances are unique. Let's stop categorizing people arbitrarily. It's about time!

The issue about gender is quite relevant today in all societies. This video does not promote that other variables shouldn't be prioritised in the development of projects, rather it wants to normalise the thinking about gender equality in all projects.

@@TheAvbtll In my experience it has never been very productive to think about women issues or men issues as collectives, instead listening to each person like their own person reveals much more interesting (and interestingly sometimes widespread) problems to solve.

Question: How many women would be willing to work long hours in the cold Swedish winters to clear the snow off roads and crosswalks? Why don't you do a research on that instead of wasting taxpayers' money with ridiculous studies?
