Hi ! Thank you for this helpful video. Would you be able to explain the rationale for #9 that states that raising the HOB wouldn’t promote effective breathing?
Hi! Sorry for the late response. I believe I misspoke about raising the HOB. It can definitely promote effective breathing in some cases. Typically we don't raise the HOB to a High fowlers position (90 degrees) right away before trying a regular fowlers position (45-60 degrees). But a good catch and my mistake!
Hey guys, I am very happy this would be my happiest Christmas ever after passing my Nclex RN on my second attempt yesterday with great help from Dr Luther. I wanna say a big thank you may the almighty bless you for me🎉
I can't say for sure because they are different exams, but NCLEX RN will likely be more difficult as it is the registration exam for Registered Nurses, while the CPNRE is the registration exam for Registered Practical Nurses.

Thank you I am nursing student 👩⚕️
Happy to help! 🙂
I wish nclex would be as easy as these questions then I would pass with ease
These questions are definitely on the easier side to help cover a wider range of topics. I hope they are still useful! Goodluck on your exam 🙂
